Need some guidance no how to create a Process Flow with Multiple level. One at Top level view and 2nd at Granular/Drilldown view. E.g. one Stage can have multiple Tasks and the cardinality between Stage and Task is Many-To-Many. The Processflow should show the Stage-wise flow and if we drilldown the Stage it should show the Task-wise flow.

Is there a possibility of collating data from different data pools so that a dashboard can be built for task mining which will then enable us to see how many users have installed task mining and analyze the captured data which is residing in separate data pools for each teams?

I have two data pools.(A) One data pool extracts P2P data from an SAP system. This connection is shared.(B) The other data pool uses the first data pool as a connection. The tables are synchronized. After extracting the table EINE in A, it is not automatically updated in B (see screenshots).The documentation states that it should be done automatically "If new rows are added to the tables and views of the exported Data Connection, the data will be available automatically in the importing Data Pools" https://docs.celonis.com/en/transfer-data-between-data-pools.htmlIt seems that there is a routine which updates the table in B at a certain moment. But I do not know how to control/trigger this.

Has someone recently built a button that filters the dashboard on TODAY() in Studio (Analysis)? I guess you need to write a variable and link it to a button, but I am struggling to make it work. Thank you.

Hi,we would like to connect our Jira project to Celonis with API.  we couldn't find a standard connector so we've created a New Extractor with Extractor Builder using REST APIs calls. For autentication we used API token as specified in the documentation. The connetion tests run succesfully but, when we try to Build the response we have this error message:"Cannot get samples from source system: Unable to read the response"  Can anyone help us to solve the problem ? Thanks for you time.Giulia

Hi everyone, I am working on a action flow that has a custom webhook(not from celonis) that needs to be ran whenever we press a button, the button is a skill where I send webhook requests to the action flow, the problem is, the module webhook has an interval of 1 minute, which is not ignored when I run the skill, I would like to know if there´s a way to run the skill and have the action flow running as well, without waiting. I need the schedule because I have another action flow running before it.

I have noticed in various contexts that Data Pool IDs can obviously change without being actively edited. For example, data pools saved some time ago have different IDs than the same current data pools in Celonis. I also noticed that access via a workbench script no longer worked after some time because the connection to the data pool was no longer valid.  And this is exactly what describes the problem of changed data pool IDs. It leads to ML scripts no longer working. Hence my question: When and why do the data pool IDs change? Can this be avoided? I look forward to your explanations. Best regards,Conny

Hello,  I have setup ActionFlow that is using the Watch Trigger module connected to KM Trigger. I would like to know when will the AF triggered. Is is connected to underlaying data model reload - so it will be trigger every time the DM reloads new data or it can be even more often? Thank you!Jan

I have a requirement to display 3 KPIs as rows and their respective values across each month as columns. In Celonis 4.7, I can define multiple KPIs but can select only one KPI to display. And this KPI is also displayed as vertical. is there an option to display multiple KPIs horizontally ?

Dear community, I need your help with pql. I want to create a table which should display only the LAST document for each case (based on Document creation date). The documents table is directly linked to the casetable. I tried with component filter but syntax error is appearing:FILTER PU_LAST ( CaseTable.CaseID, Documents.Technical_ID [, ORDER BY Documents.CreationDate DESC)  Based on the last entry/document for each case I have additional filterings like "documents.type" = 'A' etc. - but even when deleting the further condtions the querry is not working. Do you have an idea? Hi All,'In the past couple of days we are facing an issue in the ML workbench, while running a specific python code which is long and also complex , the kernel suddenly becomes unknown from the busy state due to which we have to rerun the code again from the beginning and this goes on happening as a loop ,we have raised a ticket regarding this to celopeers, but would also like to know if someone had faced this issue before.
