Question

Hello, I would like to analyse a process that consists of three activities. The process is not complete until all three work packages 1, 2 and 3 are done. In some cases, a work package is missing and I want to find out which package.

For example, work packages 1 and 2 have not been completed, only work package 3, and I can only find out that the process could not be completed and that work package 3 was before the end of the process. Unfortunately, I do not see that work packages 1 and 2 were not completed at all and are the reason for the cancellation of the process. Is there a way to find out in Celonis exactly which work package is responsible for the process not being completed? So that the example shows me that work packages 1 and 2 are responsible.

Thank you very much!

Hello,

Check the activity completion timestamp, if the activity doesn't have a completion timestamp that would indicate that the package has not been completed. Therefore a null value of timestamp could be used as the indicator for each package

and if there's a flag/indicator which indicates the completion status, check that if that can be used at the package level.
