I am trying to track the information how many notifications are sent weekly by my Action Flow. Do you know the best way to do so? Can I add some module in the action flow that would be able to add a line whenever we have new notification to some table that I could then use in the KPI of the analysis?

There's a couple ways you can track it.
First, there are audit logs to see how often an action flow executes. If you go to "Admin & Settings", there's a way to download the execution logs of an action flow.
The other option is to write a table back to a Data Pool, which is probably the best option.

This would allow you to build a table that's a "log" where everytime your action flow runs, it sends data to a table in celonis.
