I have One XES file. When I uploaded into celonis. i'm getting below error. please help me on this ERROR: Failed to close XES input stream. caused by empty String (Celonis Support ID: c33459e2-5a6e-42d5-a467-dbe3163e73e0).

have you checked the following things?
- File Limit max. 1GB
- Special Characters are not supported
Have you tried it to split the file into smaller pieces?
