Function formatNumber(...) for aggregated SUM(...) with NaNs

Hi, I would like to use a formatNumber(...) function in the result of the SUM() function. The operation is unsuccessful, I receive information The operation failed with an error. Failed to map 'formula': Function 'formatNumber' finished with error! 'NaN' is not a valid number or using unsuitable separator. Do you have any advice?

Export all Data in sheet Cases Explorer (Celonis Studio)

Hello All, I need to export all the Cases in sheet "Cases Explorer" but I can not find the way to do it. I used the method "Flat Files" to building the Event Log and build Data Model from this (not real-time connection, such as cloud, etc.) Does anyone know how to do it? Many thanks All.

Hello guys,I have a varchar column in my database and i would like to replace the 7th character (starting by the end) from a . to a _ I try to use the function LEN but its not working... error message :ERROR: Function LEN(varchar) does not exist

Is it possible to hide certain activities in the Process Explorer that are not relevant for X user? I was trying the sheet filter FILTER PROCESS NOT EQUALS [Activity Name] but this excludes the cases, not only the activity.

Analysis vs. sheet filter

Hello Celopeers, I have a Studio analysis that is super slow because of many filters, it loads often slow when you switch between the sheets. Do you think that moving the common filters to analysis lvl can have a significant impact on the performance? Thank you for any opinion!Jan

VERTICA LISTAGG function

Hey Celopeers community! I am attempting to create a change activity based on a changing list of values, below is an example of a case where a change activity should be created.  Case ID | Date | Value1 | 2021-8-20 | A1 | 2021-8-20 | B1 | 2021-8-20 | C1 | 2021-8-21 | A1 | 2021-8-21 | B As you can see the list of values changed from A, B, C on 8/20 to A, B 8/21  I looked at the VERTICA function library and found LISTAGG function that would help solve this by concatenating fields into one single row, but, unfortunately, it is not enabled in Event Collection.  Are there any workarounds you can suggest?

Match_activities function question - apply like function on Node

Please modify this code,  FILTER MATCH_ACTIVITIES ( "finalResult_0_01"."ACTIVITY" , NODE ['<%=display_code_1%>'] ) = 1; so that it also works with variables similar to display_code_1. I tried  FILTER TO_STRING(MATCH_ACTIVITIES ( "finalResult_0_01"."ACTIVITY" , NODE ['<%=display_code_1%>'] )) LIKE '1%';  this code and also some contains, regex_like etc but Celonis EMS does not recoginze both function. Thank you

Package creation flow supports object-centric process mining (2023-05-31) You can now include perspectives in Studio Packages for object-centric process mining. Perspectives are views on the object-centric data model including a subset of the object types and event types that is relevant to a process, or to another grouping that you want to analyze. See Perspectives for more information about them. You include perspectives in a Package using Data Model variables. A package can't contain a mix of case-centric Data Models and object-centric perspectives. They all need to be the same type as the one you use in the first Data Model variable that you add to the Package - so either all perspectives, or all case-centric Data Models. To swap a package between case-centric and object-centric models, you'll need to take all the variables of the previous model type out before adding the new type.

Is it possible to change navigation panel to distinguish between environments?

Hi, I have a question related to some quality of life changes in UI.We have two Celonis environments PROD and QA. I know that I can see the env in which I am by looking at URL, but I would like to have some more visual ability to distinguish between the two. Is it possible to change the navigation bar (I believe that what it is called - see the image below) to a different color? Or to make some other change to parts of UI that are always visible in order to have that visual difference at a glance of an eye?Thank you,Karol

Is it possible to replicate PROD env of Celonis to QA env?

Hi, We have two Celonis environments - PROD and QA. The latter one was used at the beginning for some tests of initial implementation of the tool and was left unused for a while now. As a result there is some old useless junk in it.I would like to replicate what we have in PROD (not the data itself as there is not enough space in QA, but the entire Data integration part including ETLs and data models, Studio part with knowledge models, views, analysis and all KPI) to QA so that it could serve its correct purpose.Is it possible to do it in an automated way? Thanks,Karol

How to "Load Test" the front-end output on Celonis

Celonis does not seem to have any out of the box user load testing solution. How do we test for future increase in users accessing the use cases? Can we user Apache JMeter or LoadNinja for load testing? Would there be any network security or data security concerns?

How to make cumulative KPI over time with time dimension

Hello, For an analysis I have a KPI with cases per quarter. I also want to have an additional KPI that accumulates the data over time. As the dimension is also time-related, I don't know how to really approach this as the data always seems to be separated per quarter. Any tips how to do this? Thank you!

Hello, I need an help for my first Project in Celonis Studio. I would like to add a fixed value Variable to my Process Analysis. In detail, I would like to add to the Variant Explorer View a customized KPI like a fixed work cost per hour.

The result I want to obtain is the same we have by default for the hours/case frequency directly on the Process, but from a cost perspective. Is that possible?  Thank you, Giulia

Business Miner - KPIs disabled.

I have been trying to explore the Business Miner app. I am using the Accounts Payable process with AP case study data model provided in the Celonis Academy. The KPIs like OTP rate, DPO etc. are disabled. Please let us know how we could get these pre-built KPIs enabled within the Business miner against each process, so that we can explore the options. Unable to add Lineplot

Dear Experts, I am attaching snapshots for my query , Basically I have to create Lineplot with X axis being month at which Non compliance occured and Y axis being Total Non Complianced cases. But even though i tried all permutations and combinations , Line plot is unable to appear and all the time green dots are appearing. I request your assistance

Hi all,

Hi all,has anyone had problems when triggering a Jupyter Notebook from an Action Flow? I cannot even trigger the template provided in the educational page. It is puzzling because the POST requests succeeds with code 200 - so I assume that all required fields are correctly filled - yet the Notebook is not executed, it does not produce any output. I have tried to move the Notebook across folders and apps, to no avail. Anyone else had the same problem? Attached is the POST output (maybe the problem is that the ML notebook is QUEUED? but how would I solve it anyways?).

How to use SUBSTRING with a FLOAT value?

I need to take the first 8 values of a column to obtain the creation DATE. Then I need to take the remaining values for the TIME. I will then cast them as Date and Time for creating the EVENTTIME.
