I don't believe that is sadly not possible in a treemap. The treemap YAML allows for a field called colors under settings, but that is basically what you are showing in your image.

Normally for your question I would recommend Display rules, but the treemap doesn't allow that sadly.

Thank for your response and yes, I have raised a feature enhancement request to customize the threshold for the color scheme for treemap as available in the world map component.
