UI Path Action Flow Add an Item to a Queue with error "RuntimeError [400] An organization unit is required for this action."

Hello Community, I've created an Action Flow in Celonis which contains an UI Path Component which Adds an Item to a Queue. WHen trying to test if I can actually add an Item to a test Queue I get the error "RuntimeError [400] An organization unit is required for this action."The user I'm using has all the necessary roles and permissions to edit a queue.Where can I define the Organization Unit Id?  Also, I tried using the "Make an API Call" with the Method Post and the URL "odata/Queues/UiPathODataSvc.AddQueueItem" but it gets the same error.  I am really thankful for your help!

O2C Process Data Model Setup

Dear all, just out of curiosity. In the O2C Template data model the tables VBRP and LIPS are joined to the VBFA and then to VBAP. We are doing this in the transformation and join VBRK,LIPS directly to VBAP. image711316 16 KB What are the advantages of including VBFA in the process model? I loaded a data model and it got successfully loaded as well with warning : "The join between table "ABC" and table "XYZ" did not find any matching rows. Please check your join definition and your data".

Could you please explain what exactly is happening here. does that mean that for the mentioned tables complete data is not loaded?

Return value of api_request changed?

Hello all,we are still using PyCelonis 1.7 and we figured out that since yesterday the response of the function "api_request" has been changed.Before we got a list / dict or string. Since yesterday we get a request.model.response object. Have you noticed that? Are you also having issues with your api_request calls? Our current workaround was to get the "text" of the response object. Like: resp.text instead of: resp

While searching data pool id in ML workbench i'm getting PyCelonisNotFoundError Object not found .

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to create a table using ML workbench by using this code  pool = celonis.data_integration.get_data_pool(id_ = pool_id) pool.create_table( df = input_table,         table_name = table_name,         drop_if_exists = True,         force = True,        )While running this i'm getting PycelonisNotFoundError for my instance. Here is the attached screenshot for reference.

I am trying to obtain the second to last date in a column with dates. I am using the below PQL ; where should I indicate that it has to pull up 2nd to last date?

How to get Distinct Case Key with values different than 0?

Hi everyone, I am trying to build an OLAP Table where I need to have "Case Key" Column. The problem I have is that I need to highlight just the CASE KEY Values (distinct) for which in column "Parameter" the values are different then Null. Here is the input table: Here is how the Output Table should look like:  Any idea on what should I do to get that OLAP Table? I tried with CASE WHEN + ISNULL Functions but so far without any succes. Thank you in advance for any tips!

Preview email (in action views) before sending email

Good afternoon,  We have an Action View configured that has a Send Email Action Flow attached that, for each record invoice code, will send an email to a Customer with information. To this end, we have been looking for a way to preview the email, via a click for example, so that you can view the specific email being sent and possibly make any changes.   How could we achieve this?   Thank you Maicol Munevar

Hi everyone! I have a question regarding Data Consumption Monitoring. I have some tables that run every day and I'm able to see that change in the Monitoring. But when I enable the custom Monitoring Pool, I can see that those tables are not bein

I would like to know how the "data_consumption_updated_events updates" works, since for some tables the "_CELONIS_CHANGE_DATE" is related to a very old date, and this field should show the current DateTime for each table that I want to track.  So the data consumption in the monitoring for each table is different from the one that is being generated in the custom monitoring pool. I would like to understand the reason for this.

Variable Filter Dimension

Hi everyone, we want to restrict access to users for a dashboard. Therefore we match the user_name() to an uploaded excel.  But since some users should see whole regions and others just single plants we want to adapt the dimension based on the excel input. To make it more understandable: FILTER VBAP.WERKS = (CASE WHEN EXCEL.EMAIL= USER_NAME() THEN EXCEL.WERKS) This is working fine. However making the "VBAP.WERKS-part variable doesn't work yet. (CASE WHEN EXCEL.EMAIL = USER_NAME ( ) AND ISNULL(EXCEL.WERKS) = 0 THEN EXCEL.WERKS' ELSE 'EXCEL.REGION' END) So the idea is that this also leads to: FILTER VBAP.WERKS = EXCEL.WERKS Does anyone have an idea how I have to adapt the part that chooses the dimension? Best regardsAram

I have to implement a functionality where:

I have to implement a functionality where:There is a table for my vendors with multiple line items, each line item has a Rating field which can be blank or some value.SO when I click on the Vendor code, an overlay view opens.Now on this view there is a button, clicking on which I need to perform different actions:If there is a rating for that vendor, then trigger an action flow. I have created the action flow but not the conditionIf there is no rating for that vendor, then open a message pop displaying a Text. What I need help with is, how do I put a condition on the button to check if the rating exists or not and then open the message pop up.Bros ​@Abhishek Chaturvedi​  @Dipro Banerjee​ Help! :)

We have connected one of our SAP system to Celonis with the O2C extractor provided by Celonis.We managed to execute the extractions in full load but when we are trying to execute the transformations in full load we are running into the next failure:
