How do I upload an html file to an analysis, using pycelonis?

There will be a change in behavior of Case-When in PQL from this February. Will it have any effect in the transformations in Event Collection?

We are using the "User locking policy" to clean up not required accounts in our environment, so that those users, which did not use Celonis in a specific amount of time are locked. The issue is now with the unlocking of the users:When a user asks to be unlocked again, the user must login again at the same day again, and if not, the user is locked again at the next day. This happens quite frequently and the user needs to ask again to be unlocked. Is it possible to change this workflow to e.g.lock the user again after a defined number of days? Orsent the user an unlocking mail, which is valid for a week, where the user can unlock again? How are others using the "User locking policy" and what is your usual workflow on how to handle this issue?

Would it be possible to change the default colour of the Process Explorer and Variant Explorer without the need to create new KPIs?

Has anyone worked on Workday to Celonis integration ?

I'd like to change the query of an analysis and upload the analysis. The documentation notebooks show how to extract the queries but not how to change them or upload them. Is there a way to change the analysis object directly or do you use the backup_content method for this.  I find the working with the extracted json files a hassle since they are very nested and use the same keys. I've tried finding the components and their "path" recursively but that didn't work as desired. I haven't tried importing it with pandas. How to deal with the interface between celonis and a business process management tool that serves to manage the process landscpae of a company? Does anybody have experience or best practices?

Hello Team,we have built an API-extractor in the EMS Extractor Builder in order to get data from an on-prem system. Calling the on-prem API has been tested via PostMan (within the enterprise network), and works fine. But when calling the API from the EMS, we faced connection issue, due to the company IT security policies and measures (firewall blocks the external call).Now I am seeking for a very detailed in-depth tech info on how the API-call proceeds step-by-step in order to design and approve the necessary IT security changes.There is a good call/pipeline diagram for the database extractors in the Online Help: "help/display/CIBC/Pipeline+End+to+End+Overview", but nothing similar for an API extractor built in Extractor Builder.Any ideas are welcome, BR, Attila

How can I generate a log from an existing process (Action engine process), that contains information such as which module, with what variables and values, in what time/duration has been executed?

I am aware that there are around 100000 python packages on celonis platform. But I would like to know if we can install other packages if needed.

In Celonis 4.6 (On Premise) I was able to set the seperators for thousand and decimals in my profile. I can't find those settings in the EMS. Can those still be set globally? Please see screenshot of the former options in the user profile:

While creating a sheet in Celonis studio(free plan), is it possible to filter cases based on when they start/end? When I try to filter by time range, it gives cases which are active in that range, but not necessarily entirely contained in the range.

Hi there, I am wondering how to approach the behavioural change to the Case When PQL operator best. I came up with 2 options and would like to know how others are approaching this. Option 1:Export a technical document for each Analysis in each Workspace. Then for each documentation search for the Case When operator, then edit the analysis in process analytics. Out of curiosity, is it possible to generate the technical documentation with pycelonis? Option 2:Exporting each analysis with the backup_content method, "changing the exported json file" and then use rebuild_content_from_backup(). Changing the export json file is another issue for me. The dicionaries are very nested and the structure (so far) irregular to me. Besides the json package and pandas are there other ways of importing the json files?Oh, I am exporting the files in order to rebuild the analysis later on. Would there be a more direct way of changing the data, one without the export?  I just started with pycelo

Where can I see the frequency of the activities in my event log? The process overview shows frequency per day. Or, how can I create a sheet which simply shows the frequency of events?

Hi, we are working with a MySQL database as a source of our process data. After analyzing the process we have added projects to the action engine. Now we like to write back data into the MySQL database by executing UPDATE/CREATE (e.g. to set blocks or discounts for upcoming processes for a customer which are stored in a specific database table). How can we do this? We just found SAP HANA as a database to post SQL statements but not MySQL. Best,Clemens
