Hey guys,

Hey guys,I'm getting the return below when performing an ARIBA data extraction and I'm in doubt if this limitation is celonis or ARIBA. I've been trying to do this extraction for days, there are times when it starts and then stops and returns this message.  Reached Job Submission API limit waiting for 60 seconds. Profile view to display execution gaps details, only allowed now to select record selection and not Knowledge Object Id

I'm trying to build a profile view to display details on execution gaps, but when I go to setting to assign the profile view to the KO Id related to the anomaly this option is not possible, It only allow Records to be assigned. Any ideas on what i'm currently doing wrong?

Add Chart Layers and Context in Views Example

In the training "Add Chart Layers and Context in Views Example" they use the rule mark to add "average of sales by state". I am looking to do the same in one of my views. I would like to be able to add the Median of a KPI to a chart of mine.  What does the PQL for this KPI in the example look like? I get errors of nested aggregation when I try to take the median of my KPI.

Hi Team,"Celonis Governance Model "We have multiple tools in our organization for dashboarding.There is often a discussion to decide whether Celonis is the right fit for the requirement or not.Overlap is mainly with the POWER BI which is used for dashboarding. We also have Automation studio using RPA's etc.We are working on a decision matrix to decide which is a process mining use case and which one is not.Anyone has done that already or any inputs with this regard will be helpful.

Hi everyone, I want to add a PQL filter/ statement to my dashboard. I have an OLAP table with the results of multiple IBAN checks that runs every day (so the results are double, but with different dates). I want to add a filter to show the results only once with the newest date.

How to use variables both in Views and in KM?

Hi everyone,  I am having troubles with variables in Views - both view variables and runtime.I want to set a target days and on change the value to be written to both ${target_ct_days} and ${{target_ct_days_runtime}} so that when I change target days, the bar chart to change simultaneously together with any KPIs which use the runtime variable.  This is the YAML code for the input box. -If I have only ${target_ct_days} to be changed, the graphs are being changed accordingly. -But if I have both variables, graphs do not change, only the runtime variable:  type: input-boxsettings:  styles:    position:      horizontal: full      vertical: top  name: ""  value: ""  placeholderText: Enter Target CT days  type: number  onChange:    update:      variables:        - name: target_ct_days        - name: target_ct_days_runtime I would be thankful if someone advice me what should I do to update both variables so that graphs and KPIs change simultaneously.  Thank you in advance!

What should I do to resolve the error "An undefined error occurred. Please try again later." at Create New Analysis?

I get this undefined error when I click Create at the Create New Analysis screen in Studio.I've tried it in different packages and with different names. I've tried variations of the data model variable as well. Every time I get this same error. What should I do to resolve this so I can move on to create the analysis?

Hi, The Process Explorer does not show cases that have no data in one event log. But the Case Explorer shows it.

We have a model with four event logs. If a case has activities in three event logs and no activities in one event log, it appears in the Case Explorer but not in the Process Explorer. What could be the reason for this and how can I fix the problem? Many thanks!  PS: This problem is only in the view, not in the analysis.

Usability of MarketPlace Connectors in "REALITY" Hi Team,I have started my market place journey by installing SAP "Order to Cash" Connector. Below was my experience :1)I tried to install the app in studio but it gave multiple errors for the Data Model.2)I looked at the data model and tried understanding it. -There are no documents to understand why that data model is build in the way it is.3)I looked at standard SAP tables and tried to understand it by looking into transformation.4)Transformation does have big quereis and most of the places there is no explanation of what does those quereis mean.5)I finally reached SAP functional consultant and technical resource to help me understand the quereies.6)Currently i am working with them and reverse engineering to understand what has been provided with connector.7)Parallely i raised a ticket to Celonis support for providing comprehensive documents but they responded they do not have comprehensive document but shared the b

Date comparison for component chart and tables

I would like to compare the chart and tables based on different dates. The date picker would be a good pick because it ensures that a valid date is inserted. Currently, the date picker is affecting the whole sheet. Is there a possibility to get something similar to a date picker that affects only one component on the sheet? Thanks a lot for the help Paul

Hello, I would like to count how many items have a crossing time under 1 day from activity1 and activity2. To calculate the crossing time, I used this formulated that I recorded in saved formulas: CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE[<%=From%>] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE[<%=To%>], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES".EVENTTIME, <%=unit%>)) Then I tried to write the following formula to do the count but it gives me an error: COUNT(CASE WHEN KPI(TEMPO DI ATTRAVERSAMENTO) =< 1 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) Is there another solution? Time between for specific activity loop

Hi @all, I have cases like this A-B-C-A-B-C or A-B-A-C-B-C like a loop with 3 activities, I want calculate between A and C activities. Also I have activity attribute for example first A-B-C activities have "ORDER" column value "1" and second A-B-C loop have "2". How can I calculate this situation?Thanks, Selim

Error message when trying to call KPIs in PyCelonis

Hi, I have a python script that retrieves information about knowledge models, variables, and KPIs for documentation purposes. For some reason, the script is errorring out, when trying to retrieve KPIs, whereas previously it worked.  Has anyone got an idea why this is not working now and how I can fix the error? Thank you, Teun

Hello, I am in studio trying to test a skill that queries my analysis, creates a PDF and sends it by email but I am getting an error saying that cannot create PDF file and sends the following message: { "message": "Can't perform this actions. Please contact a Celonis administrator."} I have checked permissions for analyses and skill and all seems good. Can someone help me? Thanks,André Oliveira

I created an action flow converting celonis data into a CSV file.

I created an action flow converting celonis data into a CSV file.  By using the Material no. column the action flow is converting this column not in right format. --> Material no. is displayed in the wrong way.The material numbers are starting with a 0.  This is how the CSV file looks like. How can I fix this issue?

How to change color in Chart based on category in Celonis Views?

How to change color in Chart based on category in Celonis Views? I wanted to understand if it is possible to change color in Chart (Celonis Views) based on category, this is what I am looking for In the following image let's consider activities as the category, my requirement is that all category should be displayed the same color, i.e. Format Book should be yellow in both the cases, Edit draft should be orange, etc. Change in Y axis should not change the color scheme  I can achieve this in a KPI , by using the Custom Object option, however is there something similar for Charts or any alternative solution for the same ?

I am doing the Process Discovery training - Lecture 2- DFG. In the Celonis Hands-on, I was able to add the suggested excel file as Data Pool but when I try to create new Data Model- it does not show me the data pool.

Although the file has been successfully uploaded. Because of this I cannot proceed forward. Also the display shown in the video is much different from what I can see in my cloud. I am attaching relevant screenshots
