Hi All,Im trying to get a breakdown in a table at the top by defining a Custom object, but im not able to adapt it in the table.Below is the screenshot from Market place where they have done something similar,but im not able to replicate it.

Customizing activities displayed in Variant Explorer

I have a process which has tens of activities and 10000 variants with no major contributors. Because the process is not standardized even the top 100 variants only contribute to 23% of cases. So, I need to expand the number of variants I consider but this keeps adding more activities associated with each of the variants because of which reading the graph becomes harder. What I would like to do is basically customize the graph in the variant explorer for e.g. by filtering or hiding or grouping activities and also hide some connections between activities based on the case count so that it is easy to read.

Process Explorer indicates incorrect throughput time

From the table it can be seen that the throughput time from first occurrence of "Send Purchase Order" to first occurrence of "Record Goods Receipt" is 14 days. This is confirmed by the calculation also. Still the Process Explorer indicates 5 days for the same case. Any idea for the "error" in the Process Explorer (there are no component filter enabled in the process explorer)?

Hello Sunny,in case you're still looking for a solution to insert a embedded-view depending on a variable-value. I haven't heard back from Celonis yet but here's what i found: This will embedd the view with key 'embed-test-source' when the variable-value is 1 and vice versa 'embed-test-source-alternate' when the value is 2. Of course applicable to many more alternative views and conditions.

Create sheet / component filter to include completed order items only

Dear Community, For the KPIs in our O2C process we have created some dashboards, but would like to have only order items included that are fully processed, e.g. where the invoice is cleared. I currently do this by using an activity selection in the filter which is not very practical. Is it possible to have this as a component or sheet filter and how can I do it? Custom generated Column (Attribute) in Knowledge Model is not showing up in Studio

Hi,in my knowledge model I have defined a new column on an existing table. When I buid a view on top of that model I can see the additional column in the table and can use it like every other column. When I use the knowledge model as the base for a studio analysis the column is not showing up. Did I miss something?

Setting up Colors in Stacked Bar Charts in a View?

Hi there, I am working with the Views App in Celonis Studio, and one of my graphs is a stacked barchart, with two KPIs. I am looking for a way to set the color for each KPI separately.  I already found a way to include diverging colors for both KPIs treated as one group, but that is not optimal because I cannot choose the color that I want since there are not so many options for that setting. Text replacement in Studio Action Flow

Is there a way to replace text in Action Flows?We need to remove newline characters from a string input. Currently this is being done in Studio Skills, but it would be better for our workflow if this was possible within an Action Flow. Wondering if anyone has done this. Regards,Ravi

Does delay in action flow count for the 1 hour limitation ?

Hi for my use case requires me to add a 5-10 sec delay for each iteration of the data i.e. 6000 -7000 rows i.e. (6000* 5-10 sec) I believe that adding this delay should not cross the 1 hours execution limitations. Any thoughts on the same ?

Hello, how can I add a specific workdays calendar to be applied to my full Analysis components?

In order to have an accurate calculation of the throughput time between my process activities, I would like to specify the following workdays calendar: from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00. Something similar is already available for some components, like the Throughput time search:I would like to do the same also for other components where I'm going to use the throughput time as KPI.  Thank you in advance, Giulia

(How) can I set a displayContentRule for dates?

Hello community,I try to use a display content rule in a view component (table) based on a date. 💅  In the documentation /help/display/CIBC/Views+Components#ViewsComponents-DisplayRulesdisplay-rule it states e.g. the comparators:"DATE_IS" # for 'date' "DATE_IS_BEFORE" # for 'date' "DATE_IS_AFTER" # for 'date' The question I'm asking myself is about the formatting of the Value --> in which time format do I need to enter the value?My guess was "same as in Knowledge Model attribute's definition", but that didn't work for me. I would be very happy if someone could share an example configuration of a Display Content Rule with a date value. How to filter view table based upon view variable

Hy,In analyses when we add a KPI in an OLAP, the OLAP automatically filters but in view tables I am seeing 0's with 1's, I want to exclude all the 0's and that too based on a view variable Any help ?

Hi, if I specified a workday calender data model, and I create cycle time KPI's does that formula run in UCT timezone or will it consider the actual timestamps that I have in my data.

Avoiding Deselection/Errors when creating Dynamic filters with Drop-Down menu

Hi Everyone,I have the following situation and problem: I created a variable, based on a "Store"-Table used to dynamically filter dashboards and analysis. The stores-variable is loaded from a table as a "text/replacement"-variable. I used a dropdown-menu to select certain stores. The analysis are then filtered by this selection. So, when you select "Store A" and "Store C" but leave out Store B you only get to see data from those two stores, but not Store B. Here is the problem: When I then want to reselect "Store B" the field to do so is greyed out. Furthermore if I deselct every Store the dropdown-menu is completly empty. I can no longer reselect any. It is as if the menu has forgotten these entries ever existed. So:How i build a dropdown menu to dynamically filter analysis and select/deselect and reselect any attributes?  Thanks for your help in advance!

Action Flow CSV Group By Function.

Hi. My team has been developing an Action Flow that sends a CSV attachment in an email for the customers that have due payment. The problem is that the customer wants to receive their invoices grouped by the reference number but the actual GROUP BY function that Celonis have makes the reference number divide the attachment so in this case the same customer would receive 2 or more emails instead of just one.We already implemented some tools for separating the CSV text with (,) so we want to know if exist something similar for this case. Thanks in advance :D

How to group together a set of Dimensions ?

Hi Team,I want to group together another set of dimension on top of already "Case when" KPI which gives an output of 1 or 0 on top of which i need to set a group by where it is showing a,b,c etc groups where 0 and 1 is of group "a" and 0 and 1 should be of group b etc. I have the current available kpis.

Is it possible to define a display rule based on a value of another column?

With display rules, I can customize visual styling for the content based on the cell value. However, I would like to use the comparator against another value. In my specific example, I want to add priority symbols next to each PO number based on another attribute, for example the delivery date or net order value. For the latter, I want to define buckets and then map them into priorities that should be the value to compare against in the display rule. You can think of the feature custom conditional formatting in Excel. Is this possible? CheersIrfan

Hi, I would like to use a formatNumber(...) function in the result of the SUM() function. The operation is unsuccessful, I receive information The operation failed with an error. Failed to map 'formula': Function 'formatNumber' finished with error! 'NaN' is not a valid number or using unsuitable separator. Do you have any advice?

Package creation flow supports object-centric process mining (2023-05-31) You can now include perspectives in Studio Packages for object-centric process mining. Perspectives are views on the object-centric data model including a subset of the object types and event types that is relevant to a process, or to another grouping that you want to analyze. See Perspectives for more information about them. You include perspectives in a Package using Data Model variables. A package can't contain a mix of case-centric Data Models and object-centric perspectives. They all need to be the same type as the one you use in the first Data Model variable that you add to the Package - so either all perspectives, or all case-centric Data Models. To swap a package between case-centric and object-centric models, you'll need to take all the variables of the previous model type out before adding the new type.

Hello, I need an help for my first Project in Celonis Studio. I would like to add a fixed value Variable to my Process Analysis. In detail, I would like to add to the Variant Explorer View a customized KPI like a fixed work cost per hour.

The result I want to obtain is the same we have by default for the hours/case frequency directly on the Process, but from a cost perspective. Is that possible?  Thank you, Giulia
