Process Analysis

Is it possible to enable/disable or hide/unhide a button in Celonis Studio Views. Basically i want to enable the button on certain conditions applied in the filter dropdown inputs.

I am working on use case where i want to filter the view when user log in into celonis .user has two types one general buyer and second tactical buyer so when general buyer login he should access only general buyer data and when tactical buyer log in he should access only tactical buyer data so i need help to create this filter if its possible how i build it in celonis Thanks in advance

I am aware of PQL that checks if activity A directly follows B. Can someone help me with PQL to check if first/last occurrence of A directly follows first/last occurrence of B?

I want to write PQL that gives me number of instances of object type O1 which is related to n instances of object type O2. Ex: Number of Purchase Order which is related to 2 instances of payment. There is no 1:N relation between these table. In this scenario, is it still possible to get number of instances of one object based on how many times it is related to other object type?

I am new to Celonis. I have this dilemma on ‘Why do tables exists when we have OLAP tables’.What is the purpose of two of them existing?I know tables are present only in views while OLAP tables in analysis.What are all the differences or things we can do with tables and OLAP tables seperately? 

How to setup scale picked based on annotation value of line chart,I have three annotations lines upperlimit,lower limit and average if the average comes as 95% i want the scale to be displayed from 91,92,93... to 100,I know we can configure manually in component settings but is there any other way ?

I have some confusion as to why analysis and views exist as separate entity. When both of them serve the same purpose despite the differences in availability of some features.

I want to add a button or a checkbox against each record in a table component in view studio. This button or checkbox will dynamically set the value of a column in variable which will be used for filtering purpose in another view in same package.

Hi fellow Celonis user,For some reason i cant make use of selections ( at the top). In the screenshot below you can see that this option is not available. Also i can't change this in the general settings. Hope someone can help out. Thanks!  

I’m attempting to create a bar graph that shows opportunities created by quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4). However, I want to include incomplete quarters (ex: Q1 - 2025, but I have no data for March 2025, only Jan 2025 and Feb 2025, but I still want to show this quarter). Is there a way to do this? I’ve tried a bunch of things, but none make the incomplete quarter appear. Thanks!

Hey,I have an activity that every case has to go through. I would like to know how long the time is between each case. (This is interesting for me because only 1 case can go through the activity at a time and we want to analyze the “empty” time).Does anyone have an idea how to calculate this?Thanks for helping!

Good dayI want to add a filter to this table that shows only the Functional locations (first column) where one of the Material_IDs has a Physical count of 0. Then it must show all the Materials for that Functional location even if its not 0. So the criteria is 1 or more of the materials in the Functional location must be 0 then that functional locational with its other materials should be shown. Below is an example in yellow: Both functional locations A-IAA-BO4-225-HEC-008’s material id must be shown here since one of them is 0. How can I do that?  

I would like to create a KPI to count the cases of the previous month do a dropdown but I keep getting a message that "The aggregation function MAX cannot be used together with a dimension function input. Specifically, I want the variable to update its value to reflect the previous month based on the selected date in the filter.I would appreciate any assistance and guidance from the community on how to properly set this up.

Hi all,I was wondering about a minor style change of the platform I noticed yesterday.Next to all the applied filters where there is the a small visual indicating how many cases (in % and absolut by hovering over it) are currently selected. This was for a long time a Ring chart. Suddenly it became a pie chart yesterday. Introducing the added problem, that the % number in the middle is poorly visible if the background is split in half into darkblue/light grey by the pie cutting trough it.For a colleague of mine the change was already present yesterday. For me only today.I haven’t about any release plans about this and am wondering about it.My Question is if I as an Analyst can influence that or if it is tied to the user account, of if it is just a given by the platform and we have to accept it.

I would like to create a use case to analyse the throughput times of finished goods flow from one warehouse to another.Unfortunately, there are no pre-existing data connectors available for this particular use where i would be especially looking into goods issue and goods receipt.I did go through the celonis academy trainings but the trainings were basic and i cannot seem to apply what i learnt in the trainings to my use case.Does anybody have any help/ leads?Best RegardsKenny

Hi all,In my View analysis I added the filters into the ‘Show Filter Bar’ that resided on the right side of the view. However, once the same view is opened in overlay, the ‘Show Filter Bar’ is not visible - hence I have no access to the filters.  Is there a way to include a Filter Bar into a view opened in overlay? Thanks and kind regards,Mateusz
