Involve business user with task - unable to find record in task list

Hi team,

I was trying to follow as per below screenshot.

But i am not able to find a record in task list although added in knowledge model(Attached screenshot below of task list component and knowledge model respectively)

Can someone please guide me on this?

Hello,

 

did you put an Identifier to the Record which is Missing? Normally there are only Records missing when there is not identifier set to the Record.

Hi Jonas,

I can see the identifier in place.

Would there be any other reason as to why i am not able to see it?

Atm, i dont have a concrete Idea for an other Soluation. My Adive would be to create a Ticket in Celopeers. I use it for every Problem i cant solve on my own.
