Data model master data reuse

Hi All, We have a data model-1 with activity table and connected with all master data tables. Can we reuse the master data of data model-1 in data model-2 directly in celonis? Is there any option like maintain/load all master data tables into celonis and use in various data models rather than loading the same master data for each data model ? Thank you.

Ah! You almost nailed it with the new RANGE_APPEND function!

Dear Celonis team. First, let me congratulate you for continuously improving this wonderful tool. RANGE_APPEND was a very much anticipated and need function for me. However It misses one small detail that I was expecting: Gap Filling and Interpolation (GFI), like in the Vertica TIMESERIES Clause (https://www.vertica.com/docs/9.2.x/HTML/Content/Authoring/AnalyzingData/TimeSeries/GapFillingAndInterpolationGFI.htm) The Problem When showing a series of date related records, lets say the daily account balance of my banking customers, I need to fill not just a date value for each day, but also to assume the same account balance of the previous day (non null record), if the balance hasnt changed on a specific date. RANGE_APPEND does part of it. It fills the gaps in the days that dont exist, but assumes 0 or null on the KPI values for the columns in my data table. This is OK, but not enough, regretfully. I even tried to use the LAG function, hoping it would match each generated date value of t

Cluster right and wrong Process

Hey community Id like to create a cluster in form of a OLAP table in Celonis in which I can select the right process, but also those IDs that go wrong through the process. for example: I have problems with the coding Now something about the Process: My process looks like f.ex. Activity A Start>Activity B -->Activity C -->Activity D -->Activity E>Activity F END For our department activity C and activity E is important. The other activities can be neglected. The right process is when activity C comes first and activity E comes later, not the other way around. The wrong process is, when activity E comes first and activity C comes later, exactly the wrong way round,if activity E is completely missing, I think I need something like this, but it is not yet thought through to the end DISTINCT(CASE WHEN PROCESS EQUALS Activity C TO ANY TO Activity E --the order is still missing here THEN right process WHEN MATCH_ACTIVITIES(NODE[Activity C] EXCLUDING[Activity E]) OR PROCESS E

Hi All, Could you please clarify the below query! Will new Process Model in Conformance change the initial view of process explorer in analyses? We have a requirement to change the initial view of process explorer with a certain list of activities given by the user. And the further expansion of the activity list should show the remaining activities. Thank you.

Thoughputs of each clients are higher than average throughput

Dear community, I would like to create an OLAP table to calculate throughputs from Process Start to"Process End" of each client. My data model is single eventlog, Case_table, which consists of Process group, Activity, Time stamp, and Client. Every records of case table have client name( client1 - 4) in client column. I tried to make OLAP table like this. DIMENSIONS (1)Cient: CASE WHEN Case_table.Client = Client1 THEN Client-01 WHEN Case_table.Client = Client2 THEN Client-02 WHEN Case_table.Client = Client3 THEN Client-03 WHEN Case_table.Client = Client4 THEN Client-04 ELSE END KPIS (1)Throughput: AVG(CALC_THROUGHPUT(CASE_START TO CASE_END, REMAP_TIMESTAMPS(Case_table.Time stamp, Seconds))) It looked working, but the result was wired. The throughput of each client is higher than average throughput. When I delete dimension, OLAP table shows average troughput lower than each clients throughput. Count cases wtih/ without specific activity in OLAP

Dear community, I would like to create an OLAP table which counts cases with/ without specific activities. In this case, Id like to count cases which through both Confirm Reservation and Sell Ticket. tickets_log524644 11.8 KB Id like to get the result like this. Confirm Reservation (Booking Number) : 1 Confirm Reservation (QR Code) : 2 Else : 2 *D-004 is treated as Else because D-004 passed though only Confirm Reservation The name of activity is different from my raw data, so please dont use wildcard like "Confirm Reservation" If I could, Id like to show the result as pie chart. Dynamic Formatting in OLAP table

Hi, I have a table that can either show Volumes or Ratios of Sales Orders fulfilling a particular criteria. I have a drop-down which allows the user to select Volume or Ratio and the numbers in the table update accordingly. The issue is that when I flip to Ratio, I am not able to dynamically format the numbers as a %. Is there any way to specify the number format within the function editor?

Write the results of KPI to a variable

Dears, We have created a list of KPIs that are visualized in a world map. The user select using the buttons the KPI they are interested and the map is updated accordingly. (screen 1) Tolerances are setup manually, using variable assignments (screen 2) Our problem is that we want to Generate dynamic thresholds based on KPIs results. For example, the result of the select KPI for all records is 0.513% and I would like to use this value to set it up as the upper tolerance, when user selects Automatic Thresholds , I tried different ways but I always get the variables place holders are writing using Text and not with the value of the KPI. Hi dears, I am not really sure how to custom field name in OLAP table. I guess its syntax maybe likes activity name >= 100 as Custom field name But I could not find a correct syntax to achieve this. Could anyone give me some examples? Thanks a lot. Louis

Filter component count

Hello everyone, I would like to filter a table where COUNT(ACTIVITIES) >=5 but the filter load give me errore. I also tried directly in the KPI : CASE WHEN COUNT(INCIDENT_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN) >=5 THEN COUNT(INCIDENT_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN) ELSE NULL END But in the table I have the line with NULL I do not want. Temporal Dimension for KPIs like Change Rate, Automation Rate etc

Hi together, I have a general question regarding your approach for the temporal dimension of KPIs. If you take for example in the O2C process the SO Creation Date as dimension for the automation rate the KPI will change retroactive because over time there will be more and more activities for a sales order. This makes it really complicated to report those numbers. Same applies for the change rate. Due to that fact we applied for some KPIs a background filter which filters on orders which are finished for example where there goods are already shipped. Doing that you wont have the problem with retroactive changes over time but your KPIs might differ from some KPIs you can show for example in the process explorer. What are your thoghts on that? Do you have any recommendations? Best regards Friedemann

Formula on double posting of invoice

Hello, I struggle with a the creation of a formula to determine double postings. (in this cases potential double vendor invoices posted.) My check is to see all case ID (invoice items) with the same invoice reference field (text field) and the same amount. Out put of the formula should be number of cases where this duplication appears. Difference / number of days between 2 dates

Hi all, I would like to know the day between 2 dates but using the PQL DAYS_BETWEEN it is not working. I need to know how many day passed between a creation of anagrafic vendor (LFA1.ERDAT) and creation PO (EKKO.AEDAT), an between creation of anagrafic vendor (LFA1.ERDAT) and invoice (RBKP.CPUDT). Hi everyone, My client would like to know if the change price or quantity is less or greater than the previous value indicated in the order. The issue is that Change_from and Change_to in the Activities table is an int value and not a number. What formula can I use knowing that > and < can not work? Thank you Laura

Comparing 2 Table Contents

Hi, I want to Display the Number of Cases that exist in the Cases Table but not in another Table. Celonis_Table_Comparison847184 2.24 KB For example with the data shown in the picture I want to show 2 since Cases 4 and 5 exist in the Cases Table but not in Table 2. Currently my problem is that when I count the total entries of both tables in separate single KPI fields they show the Correct Values: COUNT (DISTINCT (CASES.ID) = 5 and COUNT (DISTINCT (TABLE_2.ID)) = 3 But as soon as I combine both formulas to get the difference as: COUNT (DISTINCT (CASES.ID) - COUNT (DISTINCT (TABLE .ID)) It returns 0 which of course isnt correct as I would expect to get 2 (5 - 3). After some trying I noticed that when I add both values it returns 6 so it seems that the value for the total amount of cases changes from 5 to 3 which also explains the 0 it returns when subtracting. In the Data Modell Cases.ID is connected with Table_2.ID I have also tried solving it with a Case When Statement. COUNT (DISTI

Filter the Eventtime from the activity I am looking for

Hey @all, I need a filter that looks at the event time of the activity I am looking for. With this filter I can determine my KPI worklist. At the moment i have a filter, but the wrong filter. For Example. image984209 7.49 KB In this picture we can see my Celonis activity table. (ID activity timestemp) In my other table AUFK I have the column ERDAT in which i can see the start date of my order -->(28.Feb.2019 07:51:48) My actually FILTER YEAR(AUFK.ERDAT) = Year(Today()) keeps the Start date of my ID 6254008060 with the activity Erffnet. But I need the timestemp Technisch abgeschlossen for my filter. > FILTER YEAR("timestemp from technisch abgeschlossen) = Year(Today()) On this example the Year is the same, but I have enough IDs where the start Date ist in 2018 and the activitity technisch abgeschlossen is in 2019. That means I could get rid of AUFK.ERDAT and use directly the timestamp of my activity table. But I dont know the Function. Pls can u help me.
