Action Engine Comment Section Details
Please help from which table we can get the Comment section of the Action Engine, please find the attached screenshot. The Commented Text, the user commented and the timestamp it has been posted
Background for this requirement:
To understand the usability of the Action Engine created an Analysis taking the help of the Action Engine Tables like Event, Signal Attributes, Skills and others. Need to capture the Comment added by the user in any particular signal.
Hi @Pritam Roy,
you can use the Action Engine Connector to extract the information in the comment section. You can find it in the EMS Store.
There is no other way to extract the comments from the Action Engine.
