The use cases are entirely different, and I highly recommend following a training that Celonis offers.

In general, I would say Analysis are great for deep diving in your data as an analyst, as you can quicker move through the sheets and tabs.

A view helps you in building a structured way of analyzing the data. You can built let's see really good templates. They are very good when you would like to show for example a dashboard to your management instead of other analysts.

My answer is based on own experiences, of course discuss with your success manager, and use the training to come to the right conclusion for your use case.
