This is referring to retrieving a specific instance for a specific client that has been decommissioned.

According to internal Accenture resource, once the engagement is completed, all the instance is decommissioned due to its policy. But we would like to retrieve deleted instances in the following link.  Is this possible? Average throughput time calculation between a certain activity and the next activity comes after it

Hi There,  I would like to get Average throughput time between activity A and whatever activity coming after A. For example;Case 1 / Activity Sequence: A->B->C->D->A->ZI need the sum of throughput times case level (A->B) + (A->Z)I also need number of occurrences of A case level (2)..Finally my resulting KPI formula will be like;Total throughput time (A and next activity) / Total Number of Occurrences of A How can we make it happen in PQL? Thanks in advance, Best Regards,Oguzhan

Is there a way to show throughput time between tasks on a table/bar chart?

Hi,  I am trying to display the time difference in days on the 2nd column between each task on the 1st column (which is shown in the process flow explorer already) but I would like it in a table format.  So instead of giving me the overall throughput time from process start to end, is it possible to get the days between tasks? This can be seen below:

Is there any way to get non matched records from joined tables in the data model into the Studio? please find the details for reference

We are working on one use case here, we have two systems one is SAP & other is readsoft workflow. when ever an invoices is processed then that invoice will enter into SAP from readsoft means SAP BSEG table consists of the processed invoices and readsoft table consists of both processed and non processed invoices. where in the data model we are taking BSEG table as a case table and joining with readsoft table. when we load the data model we are able to see only processed invoices in the studio but unable to see the non processed invoices from the readsoft table. could anyone you please help us how can we get those non processed invoices into stuido.

How would I go about removing database errors in event collection?

Looking for a PQL statement (maybe regex definition?) to calculate the cycle time between certain process activities.

Hi all, suppose I have the following activities in my process (there can also be other activities in the process but they are irrelevant for the cycle time calculation):Send POChange Price, andReceive Vendor Confirmation --------------- In my process, possible process variants are: 1.Send PO --> Change Price --> Send PO --> Receive Vendor Confirmation or 2. Send PO --> Receive Vendor Confirmation  or (and this is where things get tricky) 3.Send PO --> Change Price --> Send PO --> Change Price --> Send PO --> Send PO --> Receive Vendor Confirmation  --------------- -> My goal is to find an expression that always calculates the cycle time between the FIRST Send PO activity that happens after the LAST Change Price occurred and the FIRST Receive Vendor Confirmation activity.Now, it is relatively easy to define the second part of the cycle time calculation because I can simply take PU_FIRST for the Vendor Confirmation activity. Client Training Roadmap

Hello, Does there exist any existing documentation or external links that can be used to start a customer training roadmap? You have a client that you have engaged with C4C+. As expected, the client is excited with your findings, presentations and what Celonis can do. The client wants to go to the next step: purchase Celonis and start ramping up.. Is there any material, documentation or other that could be provided as a roadmap to the client to bring them up to speed so they could be adept at using Celonis? I suspect this would include Celonis Academy but what topics for what role? (before the Academy upgrade there was a good list of courses to take per client role but that is no more). thank you.Rob

Sorting the Filter Selection Views

Is it possible to sort the Celonis In-built dropdowns for Filter Selections (In Component Filter) in an alphabetical order? We do have the table names sorted alphabetically but not the column names (It is shown in the order as we defined with the Data Jobs). Is there a sorting function available so that our users can easily identify the column name in case large number of columns. Thank you

individually, the dividend and divisor are correct, but when the quotient is calculated, the result is wrong

My case: (  SUM (    CASE      WHEN        PU_COUNT (          "Vorgänge_mElement_xlsx_Sheet1_CASES" ,          "Vorgänge_mElement_xlsx_Sheet1"."Aktivitätsbezeichnung" ,          "Vorgänge_mElement_xlsx_Sheet1"."Aktivitätsbezeichnung" = '<%= Abbruchaktivitaet %>'          AND          "abgeschlossen_xlsx_Sheet1"."ABGESCHLOSSEN" = 1        )        >        0      THEN        1    END  ))/( SUM ( CASE WHEN "abgeschlossen_xlsx_Sheet1"."ABGESCHLOSSEN" = 1 THEN 1 END ) ) If I only calculate the dividend, the correct value appears, also if i individually calculate the divisor. But when I try to calculate the quotient, the result is wrong. For example the dividend = 4 and the divisor = 9 the result need to be 0.444 but it appears 0.797 as result.
