- Any screenshots of the issue?
- Are you receiving any error messages?
First thing you need Admin User Access to do this. Click on Profile -> Go to Settings -> Go to Teams -> Add or Remove User from Team.

That's not the answer the helpdesk gave me. They said that this functionality has not yet been added in Celopeers.

Then the question is what you're really trying to do Do you really want/need to do this in Celopeers (this online community), or do you need to do it in a Celonis cloud environment?
