Hi everyone!I'm having issues with a formula, can you please help or tell who can help me?My goal is to have an OLAP with fields from EKKN and EKPO. I need a KPI to sum the PO item values in EUR. Formula: SUM("EKPO"."NETWR_CONVERTED" )Error: The aggregation function SUM is applied on a column from table "EKPO" which has a 1:N relationship to the common table "EKKN". This means that one input value can contribute to the aggregation result multiple times. For more information search for "Join functionality" in PQL documentation. I've checked the results and, in some cases, it is summing the same value more than once, as predicted by the error. TFACS table has been added to Workday Calendar options in Data Model, but it is not available in the Studio.

As explained in the documentation, we have added a TFACS-style calendar from our data pool in order to determine workdays between two dates: However, when trying to access the table from the Studio, for instance like this: WORKDAYS_BETWEEN( MIN("_CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"), MAX("_CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"), WORKDAY_CALENDAR("AT_TFACS", 'AT')) we get an error message saying that the table does not exist. The workaround we have done to solve this issue consists on adding the AT_TFACS table to the data model without any connection to the rest of tables in the data model: This does indeed solve our issue. However, we ask ourselves: Is this a clean best practice? Should the table be automatically available in Studio once added as workday calendar option?What happens in the backend when adding a TFACS-style table to calendar options?

Hi all, I have a question regarding the backened of the comments component.How does it behave once I have to change the identifier logic of the corresponding record?

I did set up a record with identifier and the comment component of the "new View" which worked fine and created a new record called "... Comments" in KM. Now I got a change request to change the underlying record and consequently its ID. I did change the identifier of the record. But now (kind of as expected) the comments record is "misconfigured". I get a warning in backend data integration dataload:"Client Error: Can not find the join partner data model column [XXX] for the augmentation column [XXX] in the loaded data model. Querying this augmentation table will not work until the data model schema inconsistency is fixed." In Knowledgemodel "Comment Record" I also get error "Augmentation table wit name YYY_COMMENTS has an invalid configuration and will not be queryable until it is fixed. For details please check the load warnings." I would be fine just deleting the record and table and start from scratch. No need to migrate

Dear fellow Celonis users, I want to create a bar or line chart where I can compare the development of a KPI in the current and previous year.I saw that somebody suggested to create a filter for the respective year. This might help to switch back and forth. However I want to show it simultaneously in one graph. Appreciate any help.

Inline editing limited to tables with 30M rows, any workaround?

Hey, I am curently working on creating a dashboard for employees as a view where they can simultanously write back to each line in a custom “comment”-column. Basically the inline editing function from the new Views.Sadly I want to do this for a rather large data model. Is there a way to have inline editing or something similiar for bigger tables that exceed 30M Rows? Or can I put some sort of filter on that table in the front end to minimize the rows below 30M. Or does it have to be in the back end? Thank you!

Extract images from PDF report into SMTP

Hi folks! I have a challenge where I need to create a PDF report from an analysis and send it by email, I’m using SMTP. I was able to configure the module to send the PDF report attached. However, I’m trying to include the content of this PDF in the email's content as an image. Normally I would be able to create a python code that allows me to get the data from PDF, but unfortanely is not possible to use any program language inside an action flow.According to this documentation, https://docs.celonis.com/en/email--action-flow-.html it’s possible to use the content_ID to include the content of PDF report as an image inside the HTML content, but I cannot find any example that explain how to achieved this.Does anyone know how to do that, pls?

Celonis Free Plan and Academic Alliance no longer available?

Hi there guys! I noticed that Celonis Free Plan and Academic Alliance are no longer available for new users? When googling these options, all options lead to do this link: https://signup.celonis.com/ui/sign-up/get-started Upon registration, users can choose between ‘Celopeers’ and ‘Academy’, but no actual acces to the platform is provided.The Celonis website still says ‘try for free’ everywhere however, but there is no way new users can try anything out at this moment. Is this a glitch or are the Celonis Free Plan and Academic Alliance disbandend? It’s strange because they are still heavily promoted as ‘try for free’. Formula excel for PQL

I need some help guys, I want to add up the day's payments to generate an accrual. Example: Day 01 $100, Day 2 $200 Day 03 $300 In the amount I want, I would do it like this: on day 1, $100, on day 2, $300, on day 3, $600. But I don't know how to do it, below in Excel how it was done.This needs to be per month. So it adds up only within the month when the month ends it resets and dnv starts. I don't know if it's clear, but you can try to clarify better. Is there a way to edit analysis content (OLAP table) via pycelonis (e.g. add column)?

I am looking for a solution to automate changes to large number of analyses, where I need to occasionally add/delete columns from tables and graphs, when they become obsolete and replace them with new columns from the data model.Ideally, I would like to know if there is a way to access analysis content (various components) and manipulate them via pycelonis.The content is so far only accessible via celonis.apps, where it is not possible to change anything.Is there a possible solution in pycelonis (or something else) right now?

Action Flow: Sharepoint Online XLSX Question

I have the following problem: I would like to upload a .XLSX file into my workspace via an ActionFlow. The .XLSX file is located on SharePoint Online. I can download the file using the "Download a File" action (Microsoft SharePoint Online) in the ActionFlow. However, I'm stuck at that point. In the output, the data is in "binary" format. How do I convert it from binary back to something I can import into a workspace? I have tried many things, but I just can't find the solution. Does anyone have any advice?

Is there a way to create dynamic content using the Enhanced View Variables? For my use case, I’d like a column header to update automatically to the current month, in numerical format. is it possible to send the values from a table in the studio to an action flow instead of using a data model?

I have the following scenario, there is a component table inside a view each column is related to some KPIs, and in other columns, the values are coming from inputs that the user inserts manually inside the Apps. It means that some values don't exist in the data model or can be generated with any table since they are inserted manually. I would like to know if it's possible to create an action flow that reads all the values from that table in the studio and sends the data to a data pool. I was checking the documentation, but it seems that all modules from Celonis are only capable of reading data that exists in a data model or a knowledge model but not from a table component.
