For Ex Time spent on Deliver block activity. Hello, I wanted to understand the C4C APC storage consumption to view The understanding is that views generally don't consume any data in Celonis or consumption is dependent on the parent. I wanted to understand if the same holds for C4C environments as we are currently noticing that all views created in C4C consume data and some consume more storage than the parent as well. 

The standard ratio count does not work because it takes into account the activities and not the cases.I have tried: filter count (which does not work because it counts activity and not the cases)I tried multiple PU_count and PU_count_distinct (also did not work)I have tried case when (activity = "XX") then count (cases) else 0. (But this is not allowed in Celonis)

We have a celonis instance which as established connection with a SAP testing sandbox. I want to know if we build a data model and then the Analysis using this data currently and later want to use the SAP Production instance data for these analysis, then what steps we need repeat. Does it involve lot of changes OR I can simply go and just update the data source URL (Host and port) in the connections. Please help.

I have tried using PQL transformation but again when I go to process model, mark each file as activity file and then do data load, it is loading multiple file individually. What I can do to combine all this files into one data model and then carry out process mining.

Is it possible to extract the text fields from SAP systems to Celonis EMS? Eg: STXL is a cluster table which stores information about text fields but in LRAW format. Is it possible to convert it during our data extraction process and visualize as string?

Hi all, Is there any standard way to use start and end eventtimes for activities in an activity table so that the duration of activities and connections are displayed properly in the process explorer? The activities table we have has (a.o.) the following columns:Case Key - Activity - Start Eventtime - End Eventtime We could define a custom process explorer KPI that calculates the (avg) duration of the activity, bit this has no impact on the displayed connections and the calculated duration of the connections in the process explorer. E.g. when the number of days between the end eventtimes of two activities is 10 days, this is what is displayed for the connection in the process explorer. But when the second activity has a duration of 2 days, the connection should display 8 days. And the 2 days should display as duration of the activity it self. Is there any standard functionality that can handle this? Best,

Hello together, after I changed the password for the SAP User, which is stored at the Data Connection, Data Load Errors occur again and again. The SAP user locks itself again and again. Does anyone else have such a problem and knows how to fix it? The password was maintained under Data Connection.Does the user need to be updated in another place? Best RegardsJonas

I know you can set filters in the graph, but these seem to be for the whole graph. I would like only one line to have this filter (So I can compare different days/ groups with the average values). Is this a possible feature in Celonis?

Hey Peers,  I´m trying to connect the right PO to the corresponding SO in the IM Datamodel. I tried to BIND the EKKN to the EKPO, since there is an 1:N relationship, I get following error  My current statement is  PU_LAST ( "MARC",   CASE    WHEN      BIND ("EKPO", "EKKN"."VBELN") = "VBAP"."VBELN"      AND       BIND ("EKPO", "EKKN"."VBELP") = "VBAP"."POSNR"          THEN      "EKPO"."EBELN"  END) Can somebody correct the syntax or push me to the solution?  Thank you :)

Hi all, I am looking to remove some old data tables from our data pool and clean up the data pool. What is the best way to achieve this? When I run a script to drop the tables, I am unable to execute it and receive the following error"Cannot drop Table AFKO because other objects depend on it" I have removed it from the data model and performed a full reload on the data model. Thanks,Michael

Hello All, I have a scenario where i need to calculate the time between one activity and the Previous activity. I have an activity Maintenance Rejected and it can happen once, twice or more than that for a case. Irrespective of the number of occurrences. I should always calculate the time difference between the Maintenance rejected activity and the previous activity. We have only option to take first occurence or last occurence.Is there a possible way to achieve this. Request you to kindly share your expert opinion on this.   Thanks ,Saravanan.G

Hi, we need to capture the url of internal sites without the querystring as it could expose PII.
