Hello everybody.

Two weeks ago I signed up for Training-Celonis-Cloud to successfully perform the exercises. Since yesterday I have not been able to access to the system (the log error is "Email or password are incorrect.". Although the credentials are correct).

I tried to re-enter the new password with the "Forgot password" function but the error persists. 

Do you know the reason?

If the issue is still persisting, could you please send an email to our Academy team (academy@celonis.com) and they will help you to reset the password?
