Hi Vaibhav-
Wanted to take a stab at some of your questions:
- I am not too sure what you are asking in this question, but I personally have only ever seen 2 types of task mining analysis; Workforce Productivity and Installation Report. Both have similar information in them, but I think the Installation Report is being deprecated. The only way to get the Installation Report to my knowledge is to build it using the python scripts in the ML workbench that come pre-installed with task mining quickstart. If these scripts don't come pre-installed for you, get a ticket with Celonis.
- Screenshots cannot be viewed in the analysis, you must go to the marketplace and search "task mining" and there you will see an app for download called "Task Mining Screenshots." Connect this to your data model and you should be able to look up screenshots by ID. I find that using OLAP tables to locate which screenshot ID's you'd like to investigate is a good way to go about filtering on just those Screenshots you want to see.
- Task maps and PDDs (Process diagrams?) can be created using the conformance tool. Click the "+" icon in your analysis to create a new sheet and select conformance. You can build your own process model here or you can mine it from the data. Be advised; task mining data will always be very messy when mining for a Process diagram, but the system will still do it. Sometimes, the task mining data has so many variants that the system errors out and cannot create the BPMN model, but you usually can filter the data down to get something to populate.
Hope this helps!
Happy hunting.

Hi Nicholas, Thnaku for helping me out. You talked about using OLAP in Task mining screenshots template. Can u help with how u are using OLAPs over here with the steps you follow as this template is basis knowledge model and not regular analysis sheet where u can readily add components
