Greetings,is it possible to display custom messages, defined in the python script of the celoxtractor, in the real time log of a extraction (when the extraction gets executed)? We are currently writing debug messages to local logs on the celoxtractor server. Hi, I have a python script that retrieves information about knowledge models, variables, and KPIs for documentation purposes. For some reason, the script is errorring out, when trying to retrieve KPIs, whereas previously it worked.  Has anyone got an idea why this is not working now and how I can fix the error? Thank you, Teun

Hi all, In my activity table I have two specific activities named subprocess start and subprocess end. I would like to know how to retrieve files on the local server using Celonis functionality. For example, I would like to know how it can be realized with the functions provided by Pycelonis and Celoxtractor. Is it possible to get files to Celonis without using Data Transfer API such as HULFT?

Hi Everyone,We work on the Accounts Receivable Usecase and want to include the credit management.Analysing the outcome of the credit checks and understand reasons for credit blocks is the goal.The logs from the credit check results are stored in the Application Logs BALHDR and BALDAT.However, the information in BALDAT is encoded and therefore not directly usable in Celonis.SAP decodes information from BALDAT by the Function Modules BAL_DB_SEARCH ,BAL_DB_LOAD, BAL_LOG_MSG_READ. Did someone come across this use case recently?Do you have any idea to solve this? I appreciate your support.Dan

Hello, I am in studio trying to test a skill that queries my analysis, creates a PDF and sends it by email but I am getting an error saying that cannot create PDF file and sends the following message: { "message": "Can't perform this actions. Hi all, how can I exclude specific dates like bridge days from a throughput time calculation? I am already using REMAP_TIMESTAMPS with calendar specification, but INTERSECT only accepts two arguments and they are already used for factory calendar TFACS and WEEKDAY_CALENDAR. Ideally, I would be able to give INTERSECT a third argument to exclude certain dates and times, but that does not work. Any other ideas or alternatives?

Hi, I created a project using the Task Mining Workforce Productivity Quickstart and ran an initial trial to capture data. Everything worked fine. Since the second run to capture data, the error message noted in the question and screenshot appears in the browser console every time an event is supposed to be triggered to be captured by the Chrome extension.This means that events such as element changed are not recorded, even though they should be recorded by configuration.Reinstalling the extension and restarting the project did nothing.
