We have a model with four event logs. If a case has activities in three event logs and no activities in one event log, it appears in the Case Explorer but not in the Process Explorer. What could be the reason for this and how can I fix the problem? Many thanks! 

 

PS: This problem is only in the view, not in the analysis.
