Hi @akshaya.naik11,
could you please reach out to our Servicedesk? This seems to be an individual issue that only appears in your case. As we would require further information to solve this, I would recommend to reach out to our Servicedesk.
Best,
Justin

Hi @gabriel.okaba11, I am facing the below error while doing the connection between Oracle EBS and Celonis. Could you please assist.
[Connection test failed, please check the Data Connection's configuration and ensure that the system is running: Telnet connection to the host ebsvis.navcara.com:1521 failed. Telnet failure indicates that either host/port combination is incorrect or the extractor is not allowed to access the database due to firewall or access permissions.]
I am also having the issue given in the original post.
I am trying to implement the instructions given here : https://academy.celonis.com/learn/course/connect/choose-and-set-up-the-right-connection-method/extractors?client=customer-panorama&page=3
Telnet to 3.120.99.40:1433 gives this message: "Connecting To 3.120.99.40...Could not open connection to the host, on port 1433: Connect failed"
Is there an accessibility issue to the given IP and port?
Hi @emre.inan12 ,couild you share the team URL you are using? I just tested on a training.celonis.cloud and it worked. Could you try again?
For future reference, if it fails, create a new CLOUD Database connection and enter the Connection Details.
If the error persists, you can simply open a quick ticket to academy@celonis.com and we'll check your environment.
For clarification, this connection should be performed on the Training Instances as not all IPs of all servers are allowlisted.
Thank you @gabriel.okaba11 , with a training instance I managed to build a connection to training db.
