Hi, We are designing process model to measure conformance and we have 15 approval related activities where any of these approval step can follow after any of the remaining approval steps. Example- Lets say we have Approval 1,Approval 2,Approval 3,.......,Approval 15 activities-Approval 2 can happen directly after any of the other approval activities (Approval 1 to 15) and this is similar for all other approvals. I tried using 'Exclusive Gateway' for every activity joined with all other 14 activities however the flow looks very clumsy . Is there any smarter way I can defined this scenario? Regards,Amogh

Hi peers,  I am wondering if it is possible to schedule the automated load of Data Model, not Data Job.I understand we have Scheduling in advanced setting and Rest API for Data Job, but not for Data Model.Reference indicates that the LiveReload from Analysis side is not the trigger of Data Model change.Does anyone have any idea to automate whole process of Data Job => Data Model => Analysis? Thanks.

Hi experts, We are getting the following error in one of our transformations that contains the line "ALTER TABLE <TABLE_NAME> DROP COLUMN <COLUMN_NAME>": Execution error: ROLLBACK: Cannot drop a table column when a node is down Does anyone knows what is the root cause of this problem and how to solve it? Thank you

Created a variable in the Knowledge Model but unable to call it from the Process Analysis within Sudio. Used ${} format for calling it but shows error. Also does not show up in the variable list.

I am trying to create a dynamic drop down for case count and percentage case count but if in KPI formating i select percentage with 2 decimal then my count also coming with percenatge sign while i want to set case count with round no .how can i create dynamic formating?

Is it possible for admin right user to know who the task-mining-user is with userid? In my understanding, it is possible if the admin user ask the task-mining-user of their user id. Are there other ways to grasp the end-user?

One of our clients have their Snowflake environment onfigured behind an Azure private link and only accessible if the request to snowflake is made within the client network. Our Celonis environment being outside the client network, can we connect to the client snowflake environment from our Celonis environment via an extractor server set up within the client network ? Please share your opinion on the same. Dear All, What should be level of access which analyst needs on Celonis while doing analysis on variants / process without need to change the data model. ? Reason i am asking is currently i am having access on views where i cannot do activity selection and add 6 types of filters but i can only do minimal analysis . Best regards - Shaif

Hi Celonis Community, I have successfully set up a skill, which creates Tasks and assign them to me. When I have a look in the Inbox in the business views, I see the tasks however the visualization is faulty:Has some seen this, or is there anything which needs to be configured so this is working properly? As this view is automatically created by Celonis, I would expect it to show the respective task in the normal task visualization. Thanks in advance,Daniel

I am building some sort of conformance check on a small part of a process. Because the conformity of the process depends on the status of an activity (i.e., an activity needs to have a status completed instead of cancelled), I included the status of the activity (completed, cancelled, etc.) in the name of the activity (i.e., I have activities like 'Activity A Completed', 'Activity A Cancelled', 'Activity B Completed', etc..). By doing it this way, I can simply use the PROCESS EQUALS or MATCH_PROCESS functions. However, having the status in the activity name makes process overviews more unclear, since a lot more different activities are shown (while they are essentially the same). Is there a way to combine activities and statuses while using PROCESS functions? That is, is it possible to match process variants not only on the activity itself but combine this with another dimension/attribute in the activity table (in this case status)?

Hi all, I am wondering if I could give default value in the component Throughput Time Search other than using Filter. Do you have any idea to set following criteria e.g. as below so that the analyst confirm the crop selection is applied to this component?

We tried retrieving data from SAP SF via SFTP and we were able to successfully connect to system. But when we run EMS loader we are receiving only 1 single record of file. Can any one help e out if we can enable PGP connection as pagination in SAP SF can be enabled in PGP encryption in SAP SF. Thanks in advance for help
