I was able to find a p2p best practices for SAP in the partner asset library. We are interested in building the activity table for P2P on oracle cloud. I wanted to get a sense of what tables and columns are need for various activities such as Create Req, Modify PO etc along the P2P process. Any help is greatly appreciated.

1) Try process connectors prepared for the P2P Oracle:
2) Check here - requirements for tables used in specific process:
<your_celonis_link>/help/display/CIBC/Table+Requirements
3) Get important activities from end users - then trace the source of data for those.
Some of the connectors / tables are meant for not cloud version, but maybe it will give you some ideas to work with.

Thanks for the quick response.
How do i access the connectors? Is there any documentation that you could send that would help with knowing the transformation. I was told to use try Celonis to find connectors, but was suggested that unless we have a oracle cloud access, we will not be able to see the transformation. So, I am kind of stuck. Any help greatly appreciated.

as a Celonis Partner specialised in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud. Maybe we can help. For Oracle EBS P2P you can install the connector from the EMS store. Go to Event Collection and press on the Import Template button (right top corner). Under Connectors select source system Oracle EBS. Click the P2P tile and install the connector.
To connect to you on premise Oracle EBS environment you have to install the JDBC Extractor software (search in the Celonis Help on "On premise Extractors" )
