Delta load issue for action engine skill with machine learning bench

I have a delta load schedule applied for every hour and every day and I have implemented a action engine skill with Machine learning bench for Duplicate checker on some source tables . But for the 28th Jan , I have some records but they haven't ran on 28th delta load schedule as well as on 29th . But they ran on 30th delta load and a signal is created on 30th . Now I need help on why that 28th data haven't loaded on 28th and 29th but on 30th ?
