Is there only Cloud solution is available or is there any software as well ? And if it can be installed , can we install it on virtual desktop for process mining ?

Unfortunately due to my knowledge Celonis doesn't sell on-premise solution anymore.

Of course even for the cloud solution some elements like SAP on-premise connectors should be installed either on virtual machine or the physical one.
