Error in the Default Pipeline Script for assembling & pushing tables to front-end.

Has anyone run into an error when running the default pipeline ML script where you get: "Could not execute foreign key join: There are duplicates on both sides of the specified key relationship. Table: Tm_Activities; Key("CaseID")"?

Not sure why this arose out of nowhere.
