Case count against an attribute

Hello everyone,I am asking for support here for an application that I would like to do.I have a CASE TABLE in which calls to a call center are recorded. Each line represents a received call.The goal is to count the Recallers, i.e. those numbers that call several times in the period considered, and their frequency.In other words, I would like to see how many people call twice, thrice, four times, etc.I made a drawing to make better understood in which I recorded 9 calls made from 4 different numbers: I want to put them in a table or graph that shows me that there are 2 numbers that called 2 times, one number that called 4 times and a number only once. (I don't care about the phone number, I put up numbers just to show what I have available and what I want). Could anyone help me set up a component with PQL? Thanks

How to measure time between events and get specific cases

Hi there,i'm farely new to Celonis and struggeling with some basics.I'm trying so get the time between events (not only directly followed).For example: i have events A, B, C, D, Etime between B and C should be less 1hgoal: get all cases to which this appliesI really tried to figure it out, even with OLAP tables, but i think for something this basic there has to be another way. Thanks in advance, looking forward to your answers.Steph

What is needed to perform an Analysis based on legacy systems that are developed in java and using sql. what is needed in Celonis".. what is the best approach?

Currently the IT landscape is based on Legacys no ERP or Market solution.  This company decided years ago to develop all their technology and now are facing obsolescence and process issues and difficult to improve as there is no documentation, etc. The discovery process for an improvement project takes a lot of time and we want to improve the discovery process.

Replace inserting selfjoin sequence numbers to get all activities performed within a 10 sec span.

Hello,  I'm trying to optimize very long-running queries (few hours):We want to change user type for all activities done in span of 10 seconds (so for specific activity if there's any other activity done in 5 seconds before or 5 seconds after by same user and with same activity name the user type should be adjusted). I've marked red a rows that won't be updated due to failing match (Different user_name, activity_name or exceeded time span).  Do you have any ideas? Right now I've got 2 queries:A) Alter table - add integer columnB) First assign row numbers by just updatingC) Make selfjoin based on row numbering with just update I know it could be easly done with LAG/LEAD analytical Vertica 10.0.x functions, however these are not supported. Only other idea is to not assign row numbers but to use identity and try also to use MERGE.  help would be highly appreciated Best Regards,Mateusz Dudek

How to filter based on a selection?

Hi, I am currently trying to calculate the averages days from process start to the end of a specific activity using the following code:AVG(CALC_THROUGHPUT(CASE_START TO LAST_OCCURRENCE['Confirm Order'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("DATA_csv"."START_DATE", DAYS))) However, I now want to be able to configure the above code so that the KPI filters based on any activity I select but NOT take into account process end. The problem I'm having right now is that it instead calculates the time difference between start and end of process whenever I pick any activity. Thanks,Terence

Error in the Default Pipeline Script for assembling & pushing tables to front-end. Has anyone run into an error when running the default pipeline ML script where you get: "Could not execute foreign key join: There are duplicates on both sides of the specified key relationship. Table: Tm_Activities; Key("CaseID")"?  Not sure why this arose out of nowhere.

The Public Link has been getting open for all without any credential which is avoiding the security policies

The initial idea was to view some Celonis Pages (Process analysis or analysis form Studio) from another tool which is hosted in AWS. Embedding of the Celonis page on that tool. But when we are sharing the link (not the public link) getting the below error message.<<IBC Cloud >> refused to connect. The issue with the public link is when enabling the celonis public link anyone can open the analysis with high confidential data to everyone, although in non editable mode but cases with confidential data will be visible

Transformations for tables and columns in oracle ebs for P2P process

I was able to find a p2p best practices for SAP in the partner asset library. We are interested in building the activity table for P2P on oracle cloud. I wanted to get a sense of what tables and columns are need for various activities such as Create Req, Modify PO etc along the P2P process. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Guys, how to do O2C process and AR process in one analysis.

First, we have created O2C process and added tables that are required for AR process. The extraction part is done, but we have stuck in the data model. The connection between vbap and vbfa may be failing.

Usage of Push API with Academic License

Hi,  I am a student using a academic licence and tried to use the Celonis Push API to upload a csv file into a data pool.  When using the Python sample from the documentation HTTP 403 - Permission denied occurred when I made a request.  Before I will further debug my code I want to know whether I can use the API at all. Thanks 😀

I would like to see all the activites where there is a noise in the timestamp with the values 00:00:00 as the time. What is the PQL for that?I tried things like and it didnt't work

Delta load issue for action engine skill with machine learning bench

I have a delta load schedule applied for every hour and every day and I have implemented a action engine skill with Machine learning bench for Duplicate checker on some source tables . But for the 28th Jan , I have some records but they haven't ran on 28th delta load schedule as well as on 29th . But they ran on 30th delta load and a signal is created on 30th . Now I need help on why that 28th data haven't loaded on 28th and 29th but on 30th ?
