Hi all,  when trying to upload my CSV file with my event log data I can upload it and see the actual data, however when trying to go to the next step i receive following error message (see below). Any idea on how to proceed here?  Thanks

Can we set up the component which will take into consideration the calendar days and all components are going to be filtered accordingly as it is not going to be based on any of the columns?

We have installed Celonis extractor in a virtual machine where Oracle database is already placed. We are experiencing a error in connection now. I would like to know whether if we can place extractor in same machine as that of Data source and have jdbc connection.

Hi all, I have implemented the following sheet filter statement, which only applies a filter if at least one value is in a variable (selected through a dropdown): <% if(customer_selection != "") { %>  FILTER whatever; <% } %>  ---------------- However, when I try to add another statement like the above for a second variable within the same sheet load script, then NONE of the two conditional filter statements work.  Can someone provide me with the correct syntax to define multiple of the above conditional filter statements in one sheet load script?   -------------------------  A second question is whether it is possible and if yes what the correct syntax is to define a conditional filter statement like the following: <% if(search_pattern_selection LIKE "XYZ") { %> FILTER whatever;<% } %> Thus, not testing for emptiness but testing with a LIKE comparer if certain values are in a variable.    @david.beche12​ any input on the two questions?  Than

I get the following error when setting up DegitalTwin in Simulation.What kind of time format should I use so that Celonis can read it correctly?​Error Message​Timestamps are rounded at the Eventday. Dear Celopeers, May I ask you to dispell a potential misunderstanding on my part regarding the Calc_throughput function. I have three consecutive activities : A, B and C I would expect that: CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['A'] TO LAST_OCCURRENCE['B']) + CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['B'] TO LAST_OCCURRENCE['C']) = CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['A'] TO LAST_OCCURRENCE['C'])   Unfortunately, this is not what I'm observing at the moment when doing this on aggregates (say... all Purchase orders processed in the last 6 months). Calc_throughput A->C reports a much shorter throughput time than i would expect from the above calculation. What could be the reason for this?  Best Regards,

As you can see below we have Ticket On Hold as always the starting point (with diff event time) and need to calculate the time diff. with the next following activities that can ONLY be - Ticket in Progress / Ticket - Waiting for Issue / Ticket Resolved (first one to occur after starting activity) As you can see from the example below we have to calculate 4 time differences:1) From Start 1 Ticket On Hold to End 1 - Ticket in Process2) From Start 2 Ticket On Hold to End 2 - Waiting for issue3) From Start 3 Ticket On Hold to End 3 - Ticket in Process4) From Start 4 Ticket On Hold to End 4 - Ticket Resolved

Hi,How can I apply a conditional format color scale, based on the minimum and maximum values of an OLAP table that has aggregations like COUNT and SUM to calculate its values (similar to what is done by Excel)?  I've tried the background color mapping, but the options are specific values and not the minimum/maximum depending on the calculation of the table Thanks
