Please show me how to display the "Allow CSV export of analysis components" setting.

 

 

It is displayed in another environment, but not in the specific environment.

In the product doc there is one warning regarding the export function.

Export (celonis.com)

Overview

  • Exports need to be activated in the analysis settings by the analyst.
  • Analysis components can be exported as .csv and .xlsx.

Warning

Export only works on the full cloud integration of Celonis. Uplink scenarios do not have this feature .Export only works when you are not dealing with demo data model.

Based on this maybe you could check two points.

  • Whether you are using correct role when you accessed the environment
  • Whether the environment is the full cloud integration or not

I checked the settings screen as a user with an admin role, but I cannot find that setting.

Also, I use the data model created by the connector.

 

What kind of things do you think could be the cause?
