I encountered MS 365 connection error (per screenshot) during an auto scheduled refresh today. This auto schedule has been working fine daily for a week​ without any connection error. What could be the possible causes? Thanks.

Hi Chen ,

  • Can you please check in case there was any change in password recently .
  • As an alternative solution - can you please logout from the email account you are logged in and then please again log in
  • OR , Please create a new connection with the same email account and use the new connection reference.

Hi Ayan,

I have tried all the methods as mentioned but still encounter the error as per screenshot. Have confirmed that there is no notable permission changes recently. Outlook 365 connection error (need admin permission)
