Hello - is anyone aware of a glossary of key terms that Celonis has published? Something that we can share with people who are new to the technology.

I would like to dynamically change the value of Load Script (Analysis settings) using variables. Switching the filter on/off according to one's choice. But, i am not able to achieve it. According to the documentation, variables are not accessible in Load Script. Can anyone suggest how to achieve this.? https://docs.celonis.com/en/load-scripts.html

Hi Team,  I have a project on which we are supposed to connect Celonis with JIRA.  In help document https://docs.celonis.com/en/jira-connection.html it says we should use "Enter the name of the new Jira Data Connection." but we do not have such connector (see screenshot).  Is there any connector which could be used for JIRA connection? Thanks,Satoshi

And I'm installing "Celonis Task Mining" and "Celonis Task Mining - Configuration Editor" on my laptop also. I have some questions:s How I can check the information on my trial license? And how long can I use this software on my laptop? Thanks so much.

Our approach was to link BSEG to the VBRK table in the data model through MANDT and VBELN, but we are unsure about this being the best practice. Any recommendations?

Hello everyone,currently I am trying to calculate the KPI for the number that an activity is occuring overall.I tried this formula:COUNT(CASE WHEN Activity_Table.Activity_Column = Selected_Activity THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)Obviously it did not work. It gives me the result of all my activities/rows from the whole table.I actually do not get why it does not work.I am very grateful for helpKind regardsMatthias

Is it possible to trigger an Action Flow as soon as a data model has finished loading? If not is this feature planned because this would be helpful for a lot of use cases.

Hey Celopeers Community, We have created an Action Flow to send emails out to external customers. The testing works fine for an amount of Emails around 350. The moment we go above the number of 500 Emails, the Action Flow fails (even when the run time is below 40min) or not all Emails are sent out properly.Have any of you had that problem already? It would be great if you could share how you solved it or if you implemented a work around. Thanks in advance.Cheers, Lisa

What is difference between process explorer and variant explorer. How can we analyze process and variant explorer and give solutions to business users

I wanted to get the extraction logs (like date, info, message). And I wanted to get this data through an API (Pycelonis) so I can post it elsewhere.

We have form set-up where the user can enter multiple input fields. Ones the form get submitted via a button component we want to tigger an automation, which automates multiple actions. Along the automation there could be multiple reasons why it's failing. Goal is to expose to the user once the form was submitted if the automation was successful or not. If it was not success due to some predefined business criteria e.g. "exceeded a limit" we want to expose this to the end user. What is the best way to do that?

I want to create an OLAP Table or a histogram that shows on the distribution Axis/column the case count per linked attribute and on the Occurence Axis/KPI column the number of distinct attributes that are linked to that specific case count. See the attached OLAP Table as example:I want to create a new table that shows in a first column the second column of the attached OLAP Table. In a second column the new OLAP Table should show the occurences of each distinct number of column two from the attached OLAP table. I indicated with the red numbers on the right the occurence count i expect to be seen in the new OLAP Table (in the new OLAP Table the number 11,040 would only be displayed once in the first column and in the second column would be a 2 because two different vendors are linked to that specific case count).  Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

 While trying to connect this connector should we need to take help from celonis team or is there any procedure to connect for ourselves. Also there are prebuilt apps. what is the difference between case frequency and activity frequecy in detail. From the question i can tell case frequency is for number of cases. Here cases denotes what and activity means what. Can ayone give solution for this with an example

Not sure what I am doing wrong here:I am having an AP Data Model, created a knowledge model based on that. Created an analysis with a process explorer sheet and looks good:Now created a view, and connected it to the same knowledge model and event log. Add process explorer component on the view: No idea what data I am missing here, any suggestions?

I have a violation raised in the conformance overview while the violation raised is normally mapped in the process model should not be raised in the process overview. How can I solve this issue ?

Hi,  is it possible ot replace empty cells with dashes (-) in a csv file generated from an Action Flow which is based on Celonis Data? I found a template for Action Flows to generate and csv File with a appropriate format (see below). Unfortunately my data from celonis contains empty values, which bothers me in the csv since they appear empty. I would like to replace them with dashes(-).  Thank you for your help and best regards,Jurgen
