I know that for such purposes the data loader can be used, however I'm afraid that it will be very hard to get anything without IT knowledge or approval (usually they are the one who provide access to such tools).

Actually I was looking for a SF standard report (or customizable by a regular user) to extract the data. In the past Celonis had info about how to extract the log using standard reports. I attach an old copy but I'm not sure is up to date.
