To ensure the success of your Task Mining journey, Task Mining is only activated upon request. To get it enabled we require a document to be completed by your dedicated Celonis contact.

Once we received the completed questionnaire from your contact, we will review it. As soon as your request has been approved, we will enable Task Mining for you and inform you once it is active.
