Hi,Is there a way to use conditional formatting with icon sets, similar to what it's done in Excel? I need to replicate the RR column of the table Status X Area (last column of the picture).ThanksLDRH

I have built an Action Flow that retrieves some data with many query data modules (around 10mb in total), creates some csv files and sends them via email as attachments. The problem is that every time that I run it, it run to the last query data module and then it starts raising the following warning:Invoking garbage collector because of high memory usage [used=848035840,max=950000000,timeout=25000](with different numbers as used. The thing is that we are talking about like 10mb of data, so I don't understand what is going wrong.Also, if I remove the last modules (last query data and last create csv modules), the warning is still present in what previously was the second-last module (that now is the last). In my last try, this led to a Limit Exceeded in the studio, that I think is not true, since we usually are way more below the limit in terms of amount of data stored. What am I doing wrong here?

Hello, I would like to know if its possible to get a count of all the flows that are in total in the whole Process explorer. (Including all reworks and cases flows). To show it in a Card.

I actually found a solution for a similar question here. Proposed was the following formula: FILTER "xx"."yy" =CASE WHEN <%=option1%> = 'a' THEN 'value'WHEN <%=option1%> = 'b' THEN 'value2'END; However, as a whole list of purchasing groups needs to be excluded instead of '=' or '!=' we would need to work with NOT IN / NOT LIKE... Meaning something like: FILTER "xx"."yy" NOT INCASE WHEN <%=option1%> = 'a' THEN ('Value1', Value2', ...)END; 

Hello everyone,i have a small problem with the representation of activities in my Celonis. For some reason a few activities are not in order when i look at them via the Variant/Process Explorer. However, if i look into my data via SQL Vertica in the Data Jobs, the Activities are in order. I believe this, because each Activity has a sorting number (descending). Usually i would expect the Activity/Process Explorer to show me the Cases in accordance with their sorting number, however this is not the case for every activity/case. Some are Ok, but some don't fit. Is there any (easy) solution for my problem? What causes this deviation?

How to remove leading zeroes from any column in OLAP table?

We need to find the best way to form a connection. How do we go about this? Would it be best to do it on-prem and download the extractor server? If so Would a JDBC connector work? But don't we need to open up access to any firewall ports if needed for that-which is a problem in our case-right? We have thought about the ServiceNow connector offered by Celonis however I think we cannot use it due to the firewall issue. Would an extractor builder work? Celoxtractor via python? What alternatives can we use?

Hi all, I'd like to show something supplimentaly stable data via OLAP table that is not tied with my data model, for example last year sales, can I upload manually? or I must create data with number component? I just want to temporary upload my Excel data to OLAP table to compare with my celonis dash board in one screen.

I am using the function DATEDIFF in the dashboard in order to retreive the time elapsed between the creation of an order and the MAX time in the system.To to this I store this last datetime in a variable, and I use it between quotes in the DATEDIFF function. I can't use this workaround in Action Flow, hence it's giving me the following error: The operation failed with an error. 400: Wrong arguments for DATEDIFF: The aggregation function MAX cannot be used together with a dimension function input. Please check that there are no aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs. I've tried to store it as variable using the Set Variable tool, but differently from the analysis it doesn't directly retreive the value of the formula (in order to avoid the error above), but instead he just puts the formula inside the query data where I have the DATEDIFF. How can I work this out? Thanks

Hi, I have a project on which we are supposed to connect Celonis with JIRA with API. In resource section /help/display/CIBC/Jira+Connection it says we should use "Enter the name of the new Jira Data Connection." but we do not have such connector (see screenshot). So, I suppose we need to use Extractor Builder where we can build Extractor for REST APIs calls.I received JIRA url and private key but am not sure how to proceed. We are trying to use a treemap which has a color mapping that uses a classification PQL instead of the case's quantity.  Has anyone faced this challenge? Is there a way to modify the color based on a classification? In advance, I appreciate your kindly help.    

Hello,  Recently I wanted to present some data in a form of interactive map generated in Python and include that into html site. I had an idea that if I cannot insert that as any other component, I could try to use Iframe to just place that in the business view.  I've tried to do with my own private domain and it look promising, however much better would be just running local webserver in ML workbench and seeing that.  Here's the code snippet used from internet: I've also check if the site is really accessible in the ML workbench with Curl tool - I can see whole html code. Unfortunately when inserting that URL as src in Iframe component I can't get any data:
