Good day,Has someone worked with an IMPORTS process using TradeCloud, where invoices are posted in SAP? I have the complete TradeCloud files but for SAP only the table where invoices are posted in SAP.

Hi Denise,

There's low chance that someone will work with less-known system working with SAP. From your post I can assume that for SAP you've got the BKPF and BSEG tables, these accounting tables are usually good start.

General approach would be to identify key between these two data sources, if thats the problem.

If the problem is "which other tables are needed?", then extracting other tables have sense only when you need specific information from them.

If you're not sure what should be extracted besides this maybe it will good to download ready app (probably P2P SAP apps, as it's IMPORTS process in TradeCloud) and check which tables will be needed. In P2P main case is either PO document item or PO document (EKKO/EKPO) with joined accounting tables (these are more for AP/AR use cases).
