Problem with badge

Hi Michael,

 

In that case just go into Support>Create Support ticket and provide all information from above to service desk team. I'm affraid community won't be able to help here, as it's rather problem on the badge generation (problem on line Celonis page-Credly or Celonis page-Celonis-page), and not EMS platform itself.

We got this message after SSO certificate expired and we genereted new certificate and the new meta data hasn't been imported into ADFS.

After import of the new meta data everything was working again.

 

Create a support ticket on Celonis site but in parallel check with your SSO / ADFS team if there everything is ok.
