I have added a new table as a datasheet but Celonis does not recognise the column labels. However, this has already worked with another spreadsheet that is formatted in exactly the same way. What could be the reason for this?

What is the error thas Celonis show in the data integration module?

Throwing a couple of ideas:

• Maybe they are not exactly the same formatting? Maybe some colñumns have a type "General" or "Text" in the excel?
• Maybe you used first the old uploader and now the new?

Also, you can try to upload again the excel that worked ok. To see if still works ok. Maybe something changed

now I was able to solve my Problem.

If you upload you files through flat file upload, you can click on Configure Data Schema and specify that your files have a header row.
