Organizations sometimes have a distributed model of process improvement for example there is a central business strategy team and there is also a decentralize line of business operations improvement. who has figured out how to balance this duplication of capability when both want to use process mining and use 2 different tool sets?

Today I noticed we moved from the Celonis Community to CeloPeers.com. This needs some getting used to of course.
