Hi all, I am analysing the approval process of various documents in a single system. As the approval processes differs a lot depending on what document is, I would like to know for every single type of document, what % of cases have been regarded as the most common variant. I have read the Cloud Help documentation and came up with the PQL below but still the results differs from what I looked up individually in Variant Explorer, would you please advise what could have gone wrong in the PQL? Thanks a lot! AVG(PU_COUNT ( DOMAIN_TABLE ( "Table"."Document" ) , "Table"."Document ID" , INDEX_ORDER ( PU_COUNT ( DOMAIN_TABLE ( VARIANT ( "Table"."Action Name" ) , "Table"."Document" ) , "Table"."Document ID" ) , ORDER BY ( PU_COUNT ( DOMAIN_TABLE ( VARIANT ( "Table"."Action name" ) , "Table&quo
Good morning,I know the title is a bit convoluted, but I will provide additional information here.Essentially, we are trying to build a Bar Chart, with 1 Dimension and 1 KPI:Dimension: Purchasing Document Item Creation MonthKPI: % of Distinctly Named Suppliers that have at least 1 Purchasing Document Item with certain characteristics:This is what it currently looks like, without any filters. However, it does not effectively evaluate each supplier, each month. It evaluates each supplier across the entire data pool.Example:Supplier #1 Selected: Great performance right? 100% Across the board! Now, if I look at the actual data, through some non-clustering formulas (no use of PU_SUM, PU_COUNT, etc.): As you can see, this supplier actually had no Purchasing Document Items within the defined characteristics (Acknowledgement) for the months of November and December 2021, however, looking back at the graph: 100% for both months.. To summarize, the formula is:Looking at each distinct
Has Celonis stopped Data Engineer and Data Analyst certification Exams? If its still there or name has changed , please guide how to find one and register for the same? Thanks in advance
Hi everyone, My goal is to count on a daily basis how many cases were between two specific activities on that day. See the following example: So the result table needs to include every day in the timeframe (GENERATE_RANGE?). For each day I count all connections where day lies in between Start and End of the connection. Is this possible in Celonis? Thanks for any ideas, Patrick
Hello,I get an error when trying to install pyCelonis locally. Can you please give me advice (additionally to what is already available in the documentation). Thank you, Martin

Welcome to the Celonis World Tour Hackathon 2021! We are challenging you to develop and showcase hands-on and actionable sustainability use cases with our new feature signal link! With the signal link and process network explorer, we have a new & powerful technology at hand. This technology enables us to understand end-to-end material flows, understand global inventory levels, see how supply chain networks are working in real life, and much more. With these capabilities, we can understand and address challenges that supply chains are facing, also with regard to sustainability. It’s easy to participate, you just need to follow those steps:Explore the attached data set and come up with a sustainable use case that can be supported with this new feature.Create a max. 5-minute video showcasing your sustainable use case. You can use any supporting material ranging from slides, the Celonis analysis, or just a paper and a pen. It’s up to you!Upload the video in this form. Please name you vi
I was looking for a way to exploit the timestamp of the complete (end) of an event. I couldn't find it in Celonis Academics EMS. Is there any way to do it? We were provided a data set with both start timestamp and complete (end) timestamp, so we can analyze the waiting time. Is it possible to analyze the waiting time in Celonis EMS?
Hallo. I need a PQL Function Library. I have found the page, where it is stored. However, I cannot download it. The webpage is https://help.celonis.de I cannot figure out where I can find the library. Since Celonis uses their own language, even it is very similar to SQL, it is much better to have the library where you can look up for a function or command. Thanks in advance. P.S: Regarding the version of Celonis, I have no clue. I know that we use a web-hosted Celonis.

How to ingest semi-structured or unstructured data in celonis? Do they have any connectors for Mongo DB
Hi, Lately, the loading time for editing the process data model took a lot of time. Especially today, I wanted to add an additional table in the data model but the page keeps on loading for about 30 minutes now. Is there a way around it? Need to complete asap the data model load.
Where can I extend the time an invitation link is valid?
To whom it may concern, I am part of a group of master students of the Technical University Munich currently researching the business model of Celonis. The company and how it operates is tremendously interesting, but it is difficult to find details on certain aspects of the company. Here, we are trying to reach out to you whether we could come in contact with someone who can give us some insights into how certain parts of the business operate. This would of course not be any sensitive information, more in regards to topics such as how revenue is generated across the variety of Celonis' activities and how Celonis conducts itself with customers and partners. Please let me know if anyone would be willing to talk to us or have an email conversation. Thank you in advance,Luc
Hi peers,I try to set up new components using CALC_THROUPUT. The two following components show different results. This is presumably caused because the OLAP tables have multiple lines with single CASE_KEY though the process pattern only occurs once (and it should since we use FIRST_OCCURENCE). It won't change when we use Attribute selection overhead to limit to single KUNNR or give KUNNR in Dimension. Why OLAP returns several line items? Single KPI (Number)<KPI>CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Sales Order'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Delivery'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_SD_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME", DAYS)) OLAP (identical with single KPI)<KPI>CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Sales Order'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Create Delivery'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_SD_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME", DAYS))
Hi all, I‘m desperately looking for a way to start a data job directly via a Python statement within the ML Workbench (IBC). I succeeded in starting a data model load via the api_request() function providing the reapective pool and model ID‘s but couldn‘t implement a similar logic for a data job execution on the ML Workbench. Could you help me out with the correct function and schema on how to do the call? Thank you very much for your help! BR David
Good afternoon everyone, We've been looking at our Delta Loads and Full Loads runtimes to try and optimize our Data Consumption and we've noticed that the Delta Loads always take more time than the Full Loads. Is there a reason for this? Is there something we can do to have them be faster? In the below Image you can see some examples of /COCKPIT/THDRV and CDPOS tables which are quite large Please advise Thank you in advance for your support
I have two tables "Ta" and "Tb" in join directly, Tb is the master case table and the relation is "Tb" 1 -> N "Ta" . In formula Editor inside the number component COUNT_TABLE("Ta") = 1305 and COUNT_TABLE("Tb") = 7144 and all is correct. When I create a new number component with COUNT_TABLE("Ta") / COUNT_TABLE("Tb") I retrieve the number 1.2219..... I don't Know Why! I expect 1305/7144 = 0.1826. Components are without filters. How can I use multiple COUNT_TABLE in the same formula? Thanks,Alex Giorgini
