Hi all, I'd like to show something supplimentaly stable data via OLAP table that is not tied with my data model, for example last year sales, can I upload manually? or I must create data with number component? I just want to temporary upload my Excel data to OLAP table to compare with my celonis dash board in one screen.

I am using the function DATEDIFF in the dashboard in order to retreive the time elapsed between the creation of an order and the MAX time in the system.To to this I store this last datetime in a variable, and I use it between quotes in the DATEDIFF function. I can't use this workaround in Action Flow, hence it's giving me the following error: The operation failed with an error. 400: Wrong arguments for DATEDIFF: The aggregation function MAX cannot be used together with a dimension function input. Please check that there are no aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs. I've tried to store it as variable using the Set Variable tool, but differently from the analysis it doesn't directly retreive the value of the formula (in order to avoid the error above), but instead he just puts the formula inside the query data where I have the DATEDIFF. How can I work this out? Thanks

Hi, I have a project on which we are supposed to connect Celonis with JIRA with API. In resource section /help/display/CIBC/Jira+Connection it says we should use "Enter the name of the new Jira Data Connection." but we do not have such connector (see screenshot). So, I suppose we need to use Extractor Builder where we can build Extractor for REST APIs calls.I received JIRA url and private key but am not sure how to proceed. When I choose authentication method OAuth2, it requests for client ID and client secret,when I choose API key, I paste URL and private key, but got error message:"Connection test failed, please check the Data Connection's configuration and ensure that the system is running: Request failed with response code: 404 response body: Oops, you've found a dead link. - JIRA" Is there something I am missing in extractor (some other authentication used for private key?) or is there any connector which could be used for JIRA connection?

How can I use KM variables in Views ?

We are trying to use a treemap which has a color mapping that uses a classification PQL instead of the case's quantity.  Has anyone faced this challenge? Is there a way to modify the color based on a classification? In advance, I appreciate your kindly help.    

Hello,  Recently I wanted to present some data in a form of interactive map generated in Python and include that into html site. I had an idea that if I cannot insert that as any other component, I could try to use Iframe to just place that in the business view.  I've tried to do with my own private domain and it look promising, however much better would be just running local webserver in ML workbench and seeing that.  Here's the code snippet used from internet: I've also check if the site is really accessible in the ML workbench with Curl tool - I can see whole html code. Unfortunately when inserting that URL as src in Iframe component I can't get any data:  I've tried to put URLs:- http://localhost:8080/example.html- http://localhost:8080/example http://localhost:8080 Any ideas how to access localhost website? I'm not sure if I can change anything in html code, as event simplest html sites if hosted on normal domain, seems to be working fine. Please note that

I'm trying to build a bar charts with two dimensions (processes and type of processing) counting cases. In most BI tools this is a standard visualisation but in the actual version of Celonis studio I don't know how to implement it. See screenshot

I know, this question seems odd at first. I finished modelling and I have big transparency on the process now. I can start analysing using the dashboard. Its just - where to begin?Do I check for Cases, that are not happy path?Do I start improving the happy path runtime by looking for bottlenecks?Should I check which variables influence the propability for the instance to flow in the happy path? I know - generally Process Mining seems to be about discovery. Howevery I want to spend my time efficiently, so I am looking for best Practices, frameworks etc. Am happy for responses and ideas. :-)

Hi expert, I have a question about delta load. I know if I use data connection, for example SAP to Celonis, then we can use delta load option. However, in manual data connection pattern, download data from one to upload to celonis, do we have any option to delta data load?
