Process Analysis

Hello everyone,I would like to create option for users where they can leave comments. I would like for this option to be connected to a chart (let say it’s a chart showing number of blocked documents per month) and I would like to allow users to leave comments for February (number of blocked documents was really high compered to other months). But the issue is that for comments and augmented attribute identifier needs to be unique and I cannot configure it. So if someone has some idea I would be grateful.  Also in documentation they configured comments with variables but when i put variable for DOC ID (VIM_1HEAD.DOCID) and use that variable as identifier it’s not working. Any idea what should be put there? Thank you!

I DID THE WHOLE PROCESS IN MY DATA POOL, FROM UPLOADING A FLAT FILE TO THE DATAMODEL WHERE I HAVE NO ERRORS, HOWEVER IN THE VIEWS WHEN CREATING A TABLE VIEW IT ONLY BRINGS ME THE HEADERS

Hi Guys, what’s up ? I wanted to ask if there is any way we can selection multiple attributes in new views and update variable based on it. Currently, the ‘multiple’ option is disabled for attribute selection. I tried with free text but it just adds additional single quotes in beginning and end of the string, so those single quotes should be removed to consider it as table and fields. for ex. “table”.”field” is considered as ‘“table”.”field”’.

Hello,My goal is to create a filter which, after clicking, will only show cases which contain specific activity in them. In my case I want to include all cases which do contain activity with string ‘reject’ in the name of activity.I’m trying to create a filter with this expression:  FILTER MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX ( "_CEL_MERGED_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY", 'X' >> LIKE '%reject%' ) = 1;             Although it does not seem to be working.How can I create and apply a filter to show only all cases which do have such activity?

I am using the free version and custom functionality.Have two event logs and trying to create two flows with transition using the process explorer.Data model, KM, Data Explorer everything is working.  In the KM link between logs is enabled. In Views - Process explorer , it shows two flows. but the transition is not showing so trying to enable the configure transition in the Transition toggle and getting the error as Invalid PQL query. TRANSIT_COLUMN: No join path between the case tables1.What should be data structure.?2.Do we need same event in both logs?3.How does multievent log works with Transition enabled in backend.   

Hi Community I need your inspiration for a big challenge of mine: Share an Insight made on a dashboard to colleagues with the least amount of effort. a bit of context:I have an Analytical Dashboard, it is not ment for Management and its not Operational. Its purpose is for Process managers to analyze the visuals and find inefficiencies. Now quite naturally if the enduser found something they want to communicate this finding (current Values+ be able to document which filters allowed to come to this finding). Receivers of those findings could be:other Users of the same Celonis Dashboard or persons which do not have Celonis access and also should not have it.Ideally I would like to have a Button or Action within a table called “Share Insight” which automates the  process for the enduser as much as possible. My initial thoughts around this:“Export PDF” is nice to share with non-celonis users. “Share L

Hi,We previously built the conformance checker in Analysis, but after migrating to View, I couldn’t find the feature. Does this mean that the conformance checker is not available in View?Looking forward to your clarification.

Is it possible to use a KPI in a text box like in Legacy Views? I currently use this to display the last data refresh date of the use case in Legacy Views, but this option isn't available in New Views. Has anyone tried using any other component ?

I'm encountering a persistent error in the View: "Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually." Even when I attempt to save the changes manually, the View does not get saved, and none of the modifications to the UI are being retained. Is anyone getting the same issue? what could be the possible resolution?

Hello,I am just starting with Celonis and I have the following question: I would like to find out which activities are repeated the most (rework). What could a corresponding PQL function look like? I have already looked at Calc_Rework and Index_Activity_Type, but both do not provide me with the right function because I would like to look at the rework number of activities across all cases (across all sales orders together) in order to make a statement about which activities cause the most rework in the company under consideration.Thank you very much in advance!

Hi everyone,the company I work at is interested in using the Process Adherence Manager (PAM). We already started setting it up for a first use case. While doing so, we encountered some questions. We would be very happy if some of you could share your experiences with PAM, particularly regarding (but not only limited to) the following questions:How do you handle numerous deviations that might be acceptable in some cases but not in others? Is it better to filter on each variant based on known attributes and break it down by creating multiple PAM instances? Or can it be a solution to create a lot of “allowed deviations”? Is PAM more suitable for complex processes including multiple objects or is it more effective to look at little sub-processes individually? The idea behind this question is that when a large process with deviating variants, the conformance rate tends to be low. Do you have experience if there are any types of processes where PAM is

Hi all,I have a set of IDs/Case Keys that is spread accross 2023-2025. Focusing on 2024, I would like to calculate the daily average based on the Last activity dates.These IDs are divided in products, so when I create an OLAP table in Studio Views, then it takes the IDs per product, for large samples it’s closer to a correct daily average. On the other hand, when the product has 1 or 2 case IDs, then the Daily average is far from correct.Instinctively, I believe I should create a DOMAIN_TABLE but it doesn’t work. Hi everyone,With the latest views in Celonis, is there a way to filter multiple values across one or more dimensions in one go?For example, I want to filter all the purchase orders where field vendor name contain any of the following: ‘zxc’,’et’,’corp’ - without having to manually select each value one by one from filter dropdowns.Is there a more efficient way to achieve this instead of configuringdropdowns to select dimensions, input boxes to enter search patterns, and variables?For multiple dimensions, this setup becomes impractical.Thanks in advance!

Hello Celopeers,  we would like to start using the Package Dependencies to maintain several package as DEV and one package as PROD. For KMs seems everything working fine with the KM extensions. We want to follow similar approach also in case of Views. Creating a View in DEV package and automatically synchronize the change made here to the PROD package.After some tests, we realized that changes made to View in DEV package are not reflected in the PROD package when updating the dependency.As per following description, we understood that this shoud be possible:By adding a package as a dependency, its Views and Knowledge Models can be reused using this extension mechanism. Does someone has experience with the Dependencies usage on Views and could help us overcome our issue? Thanks a lot.Jan

Hello all, I would like to calculate the througput time from activity to next different activity.The Challenge:My process has activities which occurs multiple times with the same name directly one after the other. Dears, Using legacy analyses, we were able to set variable values and save bookmarks / share selections that included the state of the variables.  In studio views, it seems the state of the (user) variables in not included in bookmarks and shared selections. Has anyone encountered the same challenge? Is there any way to share a link or bookmark including the state of the variables? Thank you. 

Dears, The activity history log component in JAB views allows us to see when augmented attributes and comments were updated.I want to to pull the date when the last action was taken for the object e.g. invoice (either through update of any augmented attribute or by adding a comment). I can’t find a way to achieve this and bring the information in a table. Thanks
