Process Analysis

Hello all, I would like to calculate the througput time from activity to next different activity.The Challenge:My process has activities which occurs multiple times with the same name directly one after the other. This is no data issue, the process is designed that way.In case the activity with the same name occurs later in the process again, this should be count as well and not ignored.What is the time to the next activity, which does not have the same name? Process example:Avtivity       TimestampA    01:00 pmB    01:30 pmB    01:45 pmB    02:15 pmC    03:00 pmC    03:20 pmD    03:45 pmE    04:00 pmE    04:50 pmA    05:00 pm Expected Result:Avtivity       DurationA                30minB                1h 30minC                45minD                15minE                10min Does anybody know a solution or a community post, which can help me?

Dears, Using legacy analyses, we were able to set variable values and save bookmarks / share selections that included the state of the variables.  In studio views, it seems the state of the (user) variables in not included in bookmarks and shared selections. Has anyone encountered the same challenge? Is there any way to share a link or bookmark including the state of the variables? Thank you. 

Dears, The activity history log component in JAB views allows us to see when augmented attributes and comments were updated.I want to to pull the date when the last action was taken for the object e.g. invoice (either through update of any augmented attribute or by adding a comment). I can’t find a way to achieve this and bring the information in a table. Thanks 

Hello Celopeers, im new to Celonis and have created a view. There i use a Kpi which drops a lot of zero values. When trying to filter them out i always get the error that aggregated functions can not be used in combination with the FILTER function, and that i should try PU functions. The KPI i'm using is this:SUM( CASE  WHEN round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktAuftrag"."AusgangForecast") = round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktFuellstand"."Date")  THEN 1  ELSE 0 END)or alternetively this : COUNT(DISTINCTcase when round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktAuftrag"."AusgangForecast") =round_day("o_custom_KnotenpunktFuellstand"."Date") then  "o_custom_KnotenpunktFuellstand"."KnotenpunktAuftrag_ID"end) is simply want to calculate for each KnotenpunktFuellstand.Date, how many Order.IDs i have where the filter condition is met.So i can have a table where im using the date plus KPI to see, how many outgoing orders i can except for each date. How can i have a row-count, based on a condition formulated as a PU functi

The reports section is intended for viewing scheduled reports, we do not see any option to configure them.

Hi all I am wondering how to best add a custom KPI defintion to the Variant Explorer.Mainly I want to add my custom process specific defintion of a througphuttime. Me and my endusers don’t care about the default End2End TPT that Celonis always uses as default but rather the time between two specific activities.Instead of (or at least additionally to) the “Avg TPT” Column in the selection panel I would like to use my Metric “Median CustomProcesstime”.Does anyone know if this panel can be changed? Maybe via YAML?

Hello,I am quite new to PQL and I tried to assign costs to spesific activities depending on the predecessor.When B is followed by C, only C should be assigned with certain costs. When A is followed by C, again C should be assigned with costs, but with a different value. Hey People,I need help sorting a coloumn in a table where each item number appears twice with a corresponding "Potential Savings" value. My goal is to sort the "Potential Savings" coloumn in descending order while keeping duplicate Item Numbers together (as shown in the current table). We have created a OLAP table which we have connected to a skill.In the skill we have created Manual Sensor and enabled the manual selection option but it is not working correctly.In the OLAP table we have also added URL in "Allow Data Service Link" 

PROCESS FLOWNeed some assistance, I have a CaseID, Activity and Timestamp. I need to get all the cases where the activity flow is A to B to C. (NOTE: the activities don't have to be directly followed by) I cannot use MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX or any other commads. Is it possible to enable/disable or hide/unhide a button in Celonis Studio Views. Basically i want to enable the button on certain conditions applied in the filter dropdown inputs.

I am working on use case where i want to filter the view when user log in into celonis .user has two types one general buyer and second tactical buyer so when general buyer login he should access only general buyer data and when tactical buyer log in he should access only tactical buyer data so i need help to create this filter if its possible how i build it in celonis Thanks in advance

I am aware of PQL that checks if activity A directly follows B. Can someone help me with PQL to check if first/last occurrence of A directly follows first/last occurrence of B?

I want to write PQL that gives me number of instances of object type O1 which is related to n instances of object type O2. Ex: Number of Purchase Order which is related to 2 instances of payment. There is no 1:N relation between these table. In this scenario, is it still possible to get number of instances of one object based on how many times it is related to other object type?

I am new to Celonis. I have this dilemma on ‘Why do tables exists when we have OLAP tables’.What is the purpose of two of them existing?I know tables are present only in views while OLAP tables in analysis.What are all the differences or things we can do with tables and OLAP tables seperately? 

How to setup scale picked based on annotation value of line chart,I have three annotations lines upperlimit,lower limit and average if the average comes as 95% i want the scale to be displayed from 91,92,93... to 100,I know we can configure manually in component settings but is there any other way ?

I have some confusion as to why analysis and views exist as separate entity. When both of them serve the same purpose despite the differences in availability of some features.

I want to add a button or a checkbox against each record in a table component in view studio. This button or checkbox will dynamically set the value of a column in variable which will be used for filtering purpose in another view in same package.
