Automated, filtered PDF email distribution from Views is now supported natively in Celonis via "Scheduled View Reports."### How to Automate PDF Distribution from Views (with Filters)1. Enable View Reports:
- In your View, go to View Settings > Reports and enable View Reports.2. Schedule Reports:
- Click Share or export View > Schedule reports.
- Add your recipients (either team members or external emails, if enabled by your admin).
- Set the schedule (e.g., weekly).
- Customize the email subject, body, and PDF attachment name.
- Configure PDF settings (tabs, orientation, etc.).
- Apply the desired filters for each report instance (e.g., filter by Division/Product Group for each user).3. For Multiple Filtered Reports:
- You will need to create a separate scheduled report for each unique filter combination (e.g., one per Division/Product Group per user).
- Each scheduled report can have its own filter settings and recipient list.4. Manage and Edit Reports:
- Use Share and export View > Manage all Reports to duplicate, edit, or delete scheduled reports as needed.Note: As of the latest release, this feature is generally available and does not require workarounds with Action Flows or manual exports. However, you must create a separate scheduled report for each filter/user combination; there is no current support for dynamic parameterization of filters within a single scheduled report for multiple users.References:

- Exporting Views as PDFSummary:
You can now automate the sending of filtered PDF reports from Views to multiple users on a schedule, but you must set up one scheduled report per filter/user combination. This replaces the old Action Flow workaround used for Studio Analyses. If you have 50 users with different filters, you will need to set up 50 scheduled reports—each with the appropriate filter and recipient. If you need further automation (such as dynamic filter assignment per user from a distribution list), this is not yet natively supported for Views. For advanced scenarios, you may still need to use Studio Analysis with Action Flows or request this feature via the Celonis Product Portal. For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the official documentation:
