Hi, Im currently looking for a way to create a scatter plot where both axis are representing a KPI. If I do this, only one point is shown, but I want to represent all customer as a point. Is there a way to get this done. Best regards Steven

Hi, I have a query relating to saved formula / dropdowns that are derived (i.e. using a CASE WHEN for example). I have an analysis where the dropdown has required updating but when published the updated logic is only applied when the dropdown is reapplied which makes sense. However, this also means that if the selection is made and the user reopens the analysis after the change is made that the view will not show the updated logic unless they manually clear and reapply the selection from the dropdown. A feature that used to exist prior to Celonis 4.5 where Selections could be cleared on opening an analysis either using the Analysis / Tab Load Script Clear Selections;. This forced users to apply filters. This would allow me to ensure that users are always making selections from the latest logic and not just viewing old selections that have not been updated. Dear Celonis community, we have built the following OLAP Table for our Automatic Order Entry (AOE) types. image1101180 5.54 KB We have two KPIs for that: AOE Header and AOE Item calculating either the ratio of the Sales Orders (header) or Sales Order Items (item). We would like to switch between the KPIs via the yellow highlighted dropdown. Clicking on the header item in the dropdown will fill a variable with the value header; same for item. My Formular for the column EDI % is: CASE WHEN <%= dropdown_aoe_header_item %> = header THEN (SUM(CASE WHEN VBAK.AOE_MAPPING =EDI THEN 1.0 ELSE 0.0 END) / COUNT(VBAK.MANDT)) WHEN <%= dropdown_aoe_header_item %> = item THEN (SUM(CASE WHEN VBAP.AOE_MAPPING =EDI THEN 1.0 ELSE 0.0 END) / COUNT(VBAP.MANDT)) ELSE NULL END I wanted to check the value of the KPI based on the variable value. Hi, I have loaded table BSEG, however when I run AP analysis, the values only sum for posting key 31 as that is what the invoice is based on . However, for validation purposes I need to total across all the posting keys in BSEG. How can I structure a query to do this ? Thanks Geoff

Hi all, Id like to compare the Purchase Requisition (PR) value to the PO value and to the Invoice value. Therefore, Ive added an OLAP table with the PO document numbers, PO Items and the PR number as dimensions and the PO Net Price (EKPO.NETWR) and the PR valuation price (EBAN.RLWRT) as KPIs. Afterwards, Ive calculated the difference in percentage between PO and PR value which works fine. Now, Ive tried to add the Invoice value as a third KPI to this analysis in order to see all differences within one view. Therefore, Ive added the Invoice Value (EKBE.REEWR) to the KPIs, however received following error message: No common parent between tables could be found please check your schema. The tables EBAN and EKBE do not have a common parent in the schema I do understand the issue, however do not know if and how I could solve it, in order to have all three values (PO, PR, Invoice) in the same table. Hi everyone, I am analyisng a P2P process and in my data model I have an activity table, which is linked to the tables Vendor and Position via a vendor-/position-number. The Vendor table contains master data for all vendors which I buy stuff from, i.e. one row for each vendor. And the Position table contains master data regarding the purchas-positions I buy, i.e. one row for each purchase-position. So there is a 1:N relationship between the vendor- / position-table (1) and the activity table (N). Now I would like to display the amount I pay for all positions bought at one vendor. But if I sum up the values for all positions belonging to a certain vendor i do not get the desired value, but I get the sum for all positions for the vendor multiplied with all activities which have been carried out for this position. E.g. if I have 2 items I bought from a vendor, each costs 10, the formula does not calculate 20, but 180, as for both items 9 activites have been carried out. (10 * 9 * 2 = 180)

Hi, I would like to understand, which data base that Celonis used to calcul is ratio. I have 3 406 PO with a PO Doc. type (ZNS, ZNB or ZST) I would like to see the % of each PO Doc type. I had use this formula : KPI(Ratio, EKKO.BSART = ZST) The result is 14.67%, while I should see 37.70%. I create a OLAP table, if I put the same formula but add a Case Count Column, the result is good. If I retired the Case Count column the result is wrong. Whats happened ? SHould I add a case count in my ratio formula ?

Helly everyone, I am currently searching for an opportunity to display two filtered KPIs stacked on each other. I have already found out about the stacking function. Now I am struggling with counting the cases filtered within the formular. I tried something like COUNT_TABLE(Table1(CASE WHEN Table1.Filter_Column = Filter_Word THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) I also tried it with the simple COUNT function as well. Both do not work, respectively give the intended result (Count Table does not work, Count simply gives a number for every occurence of that criterion) But what I want is the number of cases where that exact criterion is true. As a background, my filter criterion is always valid for the whole case, so if one activity of a case has that criterion, every activity of that case will have it. It actually seems so simple, but I just dont get it right. I am very thankful for your help. Kind regards Matthias

Hi, Im trying to calcul the difference between to column in the same OLAP table. I used this formula : {TMP_CDHDR_CDPOS.VALUE_OLD}-{TMP_CDHDR_CDPOS.VALUE_NEW} but the system alway run he never give me a results why ?

Hello Celonis Team and community, Im currently working on topics like planning adherence and schedule adherence. The last one is basically an OTD (on time delivery) KPI, but only related to the plant performance. Based on my company process, the GR date (goods receipt date) is the moment when the clock stops and the plant on time delivery is measured. To my surprise, there are different GR types (see list below) and Ive asked internally the meaning and the original data fields in SAP. Unfortunately, it seems that these activities are standard Celonis content, whose definition/construct is not visible to us (not even in HANA - database level). Therefore, we are not able to determine the meaning nor the origin of them. It is appreciated to receive a clarification of all possible GR tasks and the logic behind it (e.g. SAP original data fields). Thank you in advance for your support. Hello Team, a quick question: in Celonis chart components is it possible to perform sorting on the dimension which is then hidden? In OLAP we can hide the dimensions, I dont see such option for example for column chart. In our case we want to sort payment terms with their due date from earliest to latest (so 00 is due immediately, 30 is due in 30 days etc.) But now we need show a combination of payment term and this additional number with days). image1397586 29.6 KB

Hello everyone, I am currently trying to set up a conformance analysis in Celonis. Thereby, I want to create a new process model for comparison. I have the new process model only available as a graphical version of the target process. However, as I am talking about an engineering process, return loops within this process are allowed and not a violation. Basically, I need the opportunity to allow some of those return loops as conforming processes. Whitelisting every violation case is in this case very troublesome. Therefore, I tried simply reconnecting the activities with arrows (see attached image) and gateways. Both do not seem to work. Dear fellow process miners, Im currently struggling implementing a normalization of a result in a table. It seems to be impossible to achieve that an OLAP table in Celonis. Heres my problem: Every case has a list of 0 to N events that affect the duration of the case. Its a simple parent-child relationship in the data model. If no event happened to a case, there will be no record in the child table. Now I created a simple OLAP table with the event category (event.category) as dimension. My two KPI columns so far are The number of events of that category as COUNT(DISTINCT event.key) The sum of delay in the process, caused by that event as SUM(event.delay). Now, I want to normalize the delay to 100 total cases. Say, I have 15 events, causing 15 minutes of delay. In total, I have 250 cases. What Im trying to achieve is the following simple formula: (SUM(delay)/Total number of cases)*100, which should be (15/250)*100 = 6. However, this seems to be impossible to achieve in Celonis as GLOBAL(

Hi there, I work on an analysis to monitor, which sales order channel our customers use. Therefor I need a button for each order channel, where a viewer can select all customers ordering e.g. via EDI at on click. So the Viewer can analyse all customers with the possibility of ordering via EDI and can identify which other order channel those customers use. At the moment, the viewer has to select via a filter order channel EDI, then select all customers and remove the EDI filter, because otherwise the viewer can see only sales order items received via EDI. Hi all, Currently we are doing an analysis on late Goods Receipt (i.e. Invoice receipt happens before Goods receipt). This is done based on the data model below: image.png1032482 32.3 KB However, now we got stuck on the issue how to calculate the time difference between the goods receipt and the invoice receipt. Using DATEDIFF(dd, MSEG.BUDAT_MKPF, RBKP.BUDAT) results in the error that these tables do not have a common parent in the schema. Any ideas on how to link these fields and calculate the delta in days? Thanks!

Dear Celonis community, I wonder if you have an idea how to approach the following question: we want to define an approval limit for vendor invoices.to visualize the current distribution of invoices, we show the invoice numbers and aggregated values by grouped invoice value (as in the following bar chart prepared in MS Excel). Unfortunately, I cannot identify a standard Celonis functionality to group invoice values into n clusters as dimension. (The existing bucketing function is not flexible enough.) Dear Team, We are trying to create a dashboard with different KPIs. We have a scenario that we would like to filter in cuirrent status of the order. When we try to use Case ends with then there could be still some activites happening after that status and thus we dont see the results. Also, we would like to filter as an OR condition on multiple activities. FILTER MATCH_ACTIVITIES ( _CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN, NODE_ANY [ CRM Order: Released, CRM Order: Open, CRM Order: In process ] ) = 1; FILTER MATCH_ACTIVITIES ( _CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN, NODE [ CRM Order Item: Contains Errors ] ) = 1; FILTER CRMD_ORDERADM_H.PROCESS_TYPE in (ZTA, ZFD); In nut shell we want all the orders which are in Open, In process or released and contains error for certain process types. Hi All, As example reflecting only 1 specific SO, we currently have the following situation: All deliveries/billings from SO line items 10, 20 and 30 have a date in Q1 or Q2, whereas the date of the delivery/billing related to SO line item 40 is in Q3. Only Q1 and Q2 data is loaded in Celonis, so the delivery/billing related to item 40 is not yet loaded. Now wed like to calculate the total billed quantity for this specific Sales Order. As expected, PU_SUM(VBAP, _CEL_O2C_CASES.INVOICE_QTY) returns 40000, 40000 and 31600 for so lines 10, 20 and 30 respectively. However, if we want to aggregate over SO instead of SO line item and use PU_SUM(VBAK, _CEL_O2C_CASES.INVOICE_QTY), it returns 120000 whereas we only expect 111600. Any idea whats causing this sum of 120000 and how it can be solved to show the aggregation on SO level of only the loaded delivery/billing documents? Thanks

I have create a variable as text replacement in which I have put the list of company code: Variable Name= ShopCC TexT/Replacement= CH01,IT13,FR02,FR08 the load script is FILTER EKPO.BUKRS IN (<%=ShopCCode%>); Unfortunaltly I get an error saying that there iwas a syntax error in the load script. Any Idea please ? thank you

In a KPI card, I would like to display only the activities that occurred for that KPI for the last 90 days. I know the below is incorrect but logically it is as close as I can get without help. FILTER _CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES.EVENTTIME BETWEEN TODAY() AND (TODAY() - 90) The KPI card works so I am looking for the code to tack onto to get the 90 day window. Please advise! Thanks.
