Process Analysis

The process flow for Accounts Payable has an activity called Due Date Passed. Does this mean that a vendor invoice is overdue? The reason of my confusion is because the definition provided by Celonis is Thereby Accounting that the invoice is paid on time before the due date passes. This is unclear to me. AP includes the following activities: (1) Vendor Creates Invoice", (2) Scan Invoice , (3) Enter in ERP System, (4) Book Invoice, (5) Clear Invoice (Payment), (6) Due Date Passed. I will really appreciate getting help on this

Hello, Good day. For OTC, we want have an OLAP with dimension: _CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN and KPI: Net Order Value (VBAP.NETWR_CONVERTED). The issue is that it is not giving the right value, especially when there are SO items that went thru the same activity more than once. For example, we have SO1 and Activity1, this SO has Net Order Value of 1 EUR and went thru the Activity1 3x, so the result of the KPI in the OLAP is 3x Net Order Value (3 EUR). We needed to output the correct Net Order Value (which is 1 EUR).

In the grouping field, I am using ROUND_MONTH(EKKO.AEDAT) as legend, but in the chart, it is showing date format as grouping column . How can I change the format to YYYY_MM ?

I need to perform something like the VLOOKUP in PQL. In particular, in my O2C_VBAK table I added a column EDIPartner, that pulls the EDI Partner number (EDPAR.KUNNR) for the concerned VBAK.KUNNR. Now, I want to make a drop down filter in my analysis, so that user can choose different EDI Partners, and I want him to see not only the number, but also the name of that partner. If I just write VBAK.EDIPartner|| - || KNA1.NAME1, then it will take the NAME1 of the VBAK.KUNNR. How do I make it take the NAME1 of the VBAK.EDIPartner?

I have a question about the ability to calculate the number of repeated actions for some indicator in my situation, I want to count how many refunds are made per document within each document creator field demension - the creator of the document (unchanged during processing) kpi fields 1 column - the number of documents that were returned 1 time 2 column - the number of documents that were returned 2-3 times 3 column - 4-7 returns and so on returns - the number of events Returned by the creator of the document I accomplished this task by making 2 tables. I tried to create a Bridge Chart with Dimension and Sorting as below: CASE WHEN DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRA>0 AND DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRC>0 THEN Late SL WHEN DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRA<-3 AND DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRC<-3 THEN Early SL ELSE Ohters END And the Aggregation is COUNT(DELIVERIES.DELIVERY_ID) But the sorting is not what I want, and the colors are all black. I would like to see the workflow of 2 different task tables from SN in Celonis. The Case table and the case_task table. The issue i encounter is that the dimension Roundmonth (case record created) does a auto join for the case and task table (sounds logic). But all i want is a simple "excel"table to track the records. How can i show the trend of 2 different tables based on both their creation date?

Trying to create a KPI for my column chart, where I would count only those cases for which a specific condition is met. In particular, I want to count the number of SO Items (COUNT_TABLE(VBAP)), which were created via EDI (VBAK.BSARK = DFUE). Tried this statement, but getting an error: CASE WHEN VBAK.BSARK = DFUE THEN COUNT_TABLE(VBAP) ELSE NULL END Error: image77760 4.71 KB Dimension is ROUND_MONTH(VBAK.ERDAT) if that makes the difference. UPDATE: in addition, important that in the end I want to show on the same column chart also the number of SO Items that were created not with EDI. I.e. In the OLAP I can see the particular field has null value, but selecting the same value resulting the OLAP to show no rows.

Hi everyone, I am trying to write a load script that would incorporate the below logic, and I am confused with the syntax. Will appreciate any advise. Analyzing SAP O2C process. Logic: If SO Item is for defined materials then this SO Items should be included without any additional filter. If SO Item is for any other materials (not from that defined set), then for those SO Items additional filter should apply. Materials that should go without filter: EDIDUMMY, ILODUMMY For every other material I want to exclude those where there is a reason for rejection: ISNULL(VBAP.ABGRU) = 1; I tried to write something like this, but after I try to save the script analysis keeps loading forever, so I guess something is not working with the filter: CASE WHEN VBAP.MATNR IN (EDIDUMMY, ILODUMMY) THEN FILTER 1=1 ELSE FILTER ISNULL(VBAP.ABGRU) = 1; thanks Masha

Hi all, I have a process with parallele sub processes. As Celonis doesnt display theses sub processes my idea is to remove the activites related to these sub process in the analysis. So how is it possible to easily remove activity in the analysis (keep all the cases with or without this activity but just remove the activity)? I could do that by removing the activity in my csv and reload it but I wanted to know if there is an easy way to to that in Snap (by exemple in using the Activity filter, but this filter will filter the cases and not remove the activity). Hello everyone, Im currently working on an analysis for viewers which is going to be exported as image, a stacked area chart in the date range of a year. Now to my problem: Their requirement is that every workday has to be shown in the diagram, so the dimension axis gets unreadable because of the amount of dates displayed: (part of the diagram with the date range of half a year as example) Is there any way to only display every second or third label on the dimension axis so it looks less cluttered and more readable? Ive looked through the component options but couldnt find anything related exept the tick count, but that doesnt help me for this case. Best regards, Nils

Hey pros, I want to upload lots of table with the same columns, like article number and price. To select which version/table should be analysed I want to setup a variable with the name of the table. Example: Currently COUNT(DISTINCT SupplierA_v10.csv.Teilenummer des Lieferanten) Should be something like that COUNT(DISTINCT " || <%= Name_Update %> || .csv".Teilenummer des Lieferanten) Do you have any ideas how to set this up? Hi, I am trying to build a simple pie chart and am a bit puzzled by the results. As dimension I added the following statement: CASE WHEN VBAK.BSARK = DFUE THEN EDI ELSE NON-EDI END And as KPI: COUNT_TABLE(VBAK) So, I want to see a pie chart that will be divided into two parts based on the value in the field BSARK: part 1 - DFUE part 2 - anything else But for some reason the pie chart also has a 3rd part which has - value. How shall I understand it? thanks a lot for any advise

The ACTIVATION_COUNT operator returns for every activity in every case, how many times, at a given point in a process this activity has already occurred. Hi all, in our P2P analysis we used to filter based on PO Header creation date (EKKO.AEDAT). However, it would be more precise to filter based on PO Line Item creation date. Looking in our SAP table for PO Line Items (EKPO), the date which is available in EKPO is always the last update date (which is not necessarily the line item creation date, in case there are changes in the PO line item after the creation). Thus, we have to also look at the CDPOS and CDHDR tables in SAP to see what kind of change have been done for the PO line item (> Insert = PO line item creation date; Update = change date after PO line item creation date). As we are not having CDPOS and CDHDR tables in our P2P data model, we are now using a date picker with the formula _CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES.EVENTTIME. I want that, when filtering a process using the Crop Selection, that the Throughput Time displayed for a Case is calculated considering the first to the last filtered Activity. I tried to do this using the Standard Components, and realized that it calculates the Throughput Time of the whole Process and not just the filtered segment. How do I set this up?
