Process Analysis

Hello Team, My team is using Celonis C4C Enterprise Version and we are creating some dashboards for Purchase To Pay for our customers. There is a requirement where we need to increase the Threshold of Self loops. Im trying to increase the threshold to 500 but it resets to 100 after saving the analysis settings. Hey, I want to create an OLAP Table, which has the Activity Name as Dimension, Count of other Table within a specific time and the mode of the count as KPIs. Both tables have timestamps and the same ID (see attached image with explainationCelonis_Questions729848 43.2 KB ). Unfortunately, I have no idea of how to do this with the PQL statements and tried various things but none were successful. Im using Celonis on-premise 4.6. I would appreciate any help here.

Would it be possible for Celonis to process real time high volume data from PLCs. Most use cases I see have to do with administrative processes. How about PLC data processing? Anybody with experience on this topic?

We have a ServiceNow analysis and the business would like to know how long tickets are spending in a series of states. We are trying to analyse if we are putting calls on hold for too long. We are looking to do two things. For any set of tickets give me the total time this ticket has spent in a particular activity. So the event time of this activity until the next activity. The ticket may be in this state more than once through it's process journey. There are more than one of these states. Report on any tickets that have exceeded a specific threshold of time in one of these states. So the flow might go Ticket Created - Time 1Ticket On Hold - Time 2Ticket Active - Time 3Ticket On Hold - Time 4Ticket Active - Time 5Ticket Resolved - Time 6 I'm looking for the total time between Time 2 & Time 3 added to the time between Time 4 and Time 5. 

Hello, In the process explorer analysis the dropdown component supports multi value paste, is it possible to do this in the studio (even if using a diferent component). Exemple: Use case: the user copies a number of clients from a diferent aplication, pastes these in the dropdown and the analysis is filtered for thoses clients. Kind regards,João

Hi all, I have the following issue: I have 2 tables Table1: articlenumber, Table2: articlenumber, I have no key defined in data model due to other reasons. Is it possible to define the key in the analysis, e.g. by using the pullup function so use both tables together (e.g. to find out how many articles are in table1 but not in table 2? Hi, a fairly basic question from a new user I expect! Im currently carrying out the Implementation Professional training. When I Execute an extraction it seems to stack a new data set on top of the first. My initial response was to make the Execution a Full Load rather than a Delta Load, but when I ran this, it ran for 2.5 hours without finishing and I had to close it down. Can anyone provide advice on next steps? Thanks! Dan

Hi, I am trying to show the number of cases devided by variants of process using following dimension and KPIs. Dimension DISTINCT (VARIANT("_CEL_MM_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_JA")) ACTIVITY_JA contains the name of activities KPIs COUNT_TABLE("_CEL_MM_ACTIVITIES_CASES") Only the Bar Chart is refused to show the result showing following error. OLAP and other types of graphics elements show successfully what I want. I believe the code is pretty simple, I cannot understand why the code does not work only in the Bar Chart. I have tried following things already, fyi; writing without DISTINCTwriting with SHORTENDcounting other things e.g. ACTIVITIES Please let me know should you require additional information concerning this issue. Hello, I am quite new to Celonis, so perhaps this is a stupid question. I am investigating a process with a lot of different activities and a huge number of variants. To make some sense of it all, I am grouping a lot of the activities. However, whenever I close the analysis and reopen it later, the group definitions are gone and I have to redo all the work. Is there a way to save the activity groups? Thanks for the support!

Hello, I have a table to aggregated values that we are trying to bucket within a dropdown. Currently when we bucket the values it filters on the line item level, but we want to filter on the aggregated value level. Dear all, I have connected two table via a key, example Table 1 T1.Banf T1.Pos T1.Wert 123 10 X 124 10 Y Table 2 T2.Banf T2.Pos T1.Wert 123 10 X 124 10 Y 1235 10 Key: Banf, Pos In Table 2 I show the values of Field Wert from Table 1. For Banf 123 and 124 it works as the key is working. For 1235 it does not work. The whole case is not visible. I want to show the case, just the value of T1.Wert should be empty or any text like no value. How ist that possible? With CASE WHEN ISNULL it did not work. Many thx and br Daniel

Dear process miners, I am playing with P2P process and I have PR item as case ID. When I am trying to create conformance ratio as a KPI in the transformation center, I am not sure whether I should BADAT field in the EBAN table or Eventtime field in the activity table.
