Change table name with variable

Hey pros, I want to upload lots of table with the same columns, like article number and price. To select which version/table should be analysed I want to setup a variable with the name of the table. Example: Currently COUNT(DISTINCT SupplierA_v10.csv.Teilenummer des Lieferanten) Should be something like that COUNT(DISTINCT " || <%= Name_Update %> || .csv".Teilenummer des Lieferanten) Do you have any ideas how to set this up? Understand the pie chart

Hi, I am trying to build a simple pie chart and am a bit puzzled by the results. As dimension I added the following statement: CASE WHEN VBAK.BSARK = DFUE THEN EDI ELSE NON-EDI END And as KPI: COUNT_TABLE(VBAK) So, I want to see a pie chart that will be divided into two parts based on the value in the field BSARK: part 1 - DFUE part 2 - anything else But for some reason the pie chart also has a 3rd part which has - value. How shall I understand it? thanks a lot for any advise

Count activity through the whole process

The ACTIVATION_COUNT operator returns for every activity in every case, how many times, at a given point in a process this activity has already occurred. Date Picker based on PO Line Item creation date

Hi all, in our P2P analysis we used to filter based on PO Header creation date (EKKO.AEDAT). However, it would be more precise to filter based on PO Line Item creation date. Looking in our SAP table for PO Line Items (EKPO), the date which is available in EKPO is always the last update date (which is not necessarily the line item creation date, in case there are changes in the PO line item after the creation). Thus, we have to also look at the CDPOS and CDHDR tables in SAP to see what kind of change have been done for the PO line item (> Insert = PO line item creation date; Update = change date after PO line item creation date). As we are not having CDPOS and CDHDR tables in our P2P data model, we are now using a date picker with the formula _CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES.EVENTTIME. However, by doing so we would need to add component filters or an Analysis script in order to consider only the activity Create Purchase Order Item for the event time (FILTER _CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN = Creat

Throughput Time from a Crop Selection

I want that, when filtering a process using the Crop Selection, that the Throughput Time displayed for a Case is calculated considering the first to the last filtered Activity. I tried to do this using the Standard Components, and realized that it calculates the Throughput Time of the whole Process and not just the filtered segment. How do I set this up?

Hi Celonis experts, I am trying to understand what columns are picked up from a table when i do a Count_table(EBAN). When i tried doing, COUNT_TABLE(EBAN) results are 22531. However, when i try to achieve the same with any column in EBAN table, the values are not matching. Thanks in Advance!

Size of Beads in Simulation while moving from one Activity Node to another

Hello Team, I have query and have attached a picture of it in this Topic. While running simulation, I have observed that the beads move from one activity to another but have different sizes. Can you please tell me what does the different sizes of the beads technically/functionally mean(image attached). Boxplot filter is correct?

Process Explorer Automation

Hello, I dont know why everytime I try to use the Process Explorer in my analysis I cant show the automation rate of the activities. Every time I insert a Process Explorer component it appears without the Automation KPI. I tried to set it up by myself in the Analysis Settings, Process Explorer KPIs but probably I dont use the right code Should I also include some formulas in Saved formulas & Variables ? How to COUNT MAX/MIN per one user

Hi, I am trying to solve a case. How to count numbers (MAX and MIN) of events in single KPI. Need to know how many events take on one user. I have two users. They have different numbers of events min 1 and the other one max 20. I need to make a count of events per user to get max 20 in single KPI. Filters for PU functions on date

Hey Guys, I had a quick question about filters on Pull up functions. I am trying to create a dashboard that displays Sum of spend by vendors. But i do this by Pull up function (because I use it as a dimension to categorize). I know we can put filters on the pull up function PU(child table, parent table.column [,filter expression]). My question is can we put more than one filter in the expression? I want to be able to filter for the month and year. I was able to filter for month but couldnt filter for year. Is there any way to put filter for year and month in date format ? Because I want the user to be able to input year and month to display information

Wrong results of a Running total when scrollbar pinned to the right

Hello community, I want to visualize the development of a Running total calculated as the difference between an input number and an output number (to show the stock). As dimension I use a combination of the calendar week and the year. Since this means that I have a lot of values I would like to show the latest ones only and therefore pin the scrollbar of the line chart to the right. However, this ends up in a wrong calculation of the Running total, since it starts calculating with the values on the right side. That ends up in wrong (negative) values of the stock. Is there any possibility to overcome this issue and somehow pin the scrollbar to the right and still let the Running total calculate correctly? An alternative solution would be to limit the values shown to the latest 20 or so. However, this also ends up in wrong results since the Running total only takes the shown values into account then. How to create a “Backlog KPI”?

Hello, I would like to create a create a backlog KPI. (per week, calculate the amount of cases closed this week minus the amount of cases created this week) Creation date & close date are stored in 2 different fields of 2 different tables. (cases creation & closure are not actually part of the process in itself). At the moment, I can create 2 column charts: 1 chart with dimension = creation week and KPI = Count of cases1 chart with dimension = closure week and KPI = Count of cases I fail to merge this into 1 single chart, with dimension = fixed weeks and KPI = (Count of cases where closure date matches with the fixed week - Count of cases where creation date matches with the fixed week) Is there a way to do this, in the Analysis EDIT mode or through data-model configuration in HANA? Running Conformance on a part of a process

Hi Team, I have a case management process which i have divided into case creation, case resolution, case closure etc. I need to run separate conformance models for all of these by applying a crop selection filter across each stage. In my reference model I have an activity(B) that can happen either before or after Activity(A), both the sequences are valid, However my crop selection for setting the scope of the phase is starting from Activity (A) which is ignoring the cases where Activity (B) has happened before(A). Is there any way to include those cases as well by making changes to my reference model rather than whitelisting them. Thanks in Advance.
