I would like to know if any of you when implementing a solution using an Action Flow have used any framework to ensure its lifecycle.
I mean what steps have you followed to build, test, release to production, monitor and manage the changes of an Action Flow?

The Action Flow is very powerful tool, easy to build and activate. In Celonis Marketplace you can even download the blueprints, customize and apply to your process, almost like a plug-and-play.
What steps you have to follow, I think you as a customer need to define.

Thank you for answering, I am aware of the functionalities and benefits of action flows, and I am also aware of the existing trainings.
Because of this, I see that there is a gap in the lifecycle of this solution, so I would like to consult with people who have implemented action flows live, how they have managed their lifecycle or if they have implemented it some working methodology successfully, from development to deployment.
