Celonis has a lot of permissions, perhaps you missed a level?

• Check if they have permissions to view the Space.

• Check if they have permissions to view the Package

Normally if you give the permissions for these 2 levels, they can access it.

For your second question, what would you like have downloaded as a csv or excel from the free plan?

This permissions are that I give:

Level space: "Package User"

Level package: "User"

When she try to access, in her screen she see a permission error and doen't watch the dashboard.

For my second question, is for example download a table of the dashboard.

It may be that you have to invite them to the environment still. You can do that By going to Admin & Settings > Users > Invite a new User (their email)

For your second question, you must first enable the export setting in the analysis settings.

After, right click on a table and you can export them!

In that case, we need to go to the deepest level of permissions where the user can "use" the analysis. Hopefully then your colleague can access the analysis.

For your second question, I sadly do not have an answer to. It could be this setting is not available in the Celonis Free plan 😣. Maybe @muhammad.kashi14 has the knowledge.

My colleagues access to the analysis, but I don't want that they have the possibility to change the dashboard. To solver it, I have duplicated the package to use like a backup.

For my second questions, I think like you and believe this setup is not availability in the Celonis Free Plan.
