Integromat evolution into Make

Question

Hello,

I've just by accident went into Integromat website, and seen that it has been transformed into new product "Make". Unfortunately I couldn't see any official Celonis communication about that. In FAQ secion I've also seen that it will be treated as legacy product, and support and updates will be discontinued in 2023.

As Integromat is a part of Celonis in a form of Action Flows, could you kindly describe how that change will affect Celonis Action Flows environment? What's your strategy on that?

Hello,Yes, Integromat has been transformed to new product Make and yes there was support for the customers, most of the customers were migrated from the previous site to new one which is "make" either by the user or by the support team.And with regards to Integromat being part of Celonis it provides us with the power of automation and doing things which were to be done manually and to be used as a solution for few things and being part of Celonis helps us to integrate it with all of our products.
