I have a use case where I am trying to use an action defined in knowledge model, to send email to the user. For that After defining the action in Knowledge Model, I assigned the skill to it. Now to send emails we have to trigger an action flow (due to specific requirement) after assigning the skill the respective action flow, I have create an action flow starting with custom webhook. The scheduling mode is immediately and the action flow is set to active. Now when I trigger the skill from a button that I created in my View after enabling row selection in the table settings, the skill runs successfully but the action flow doesn't trigger, I tried many times and once in a while when I deactivate and activate the Action Flow again, it ask for processing the data in queue. But when I again try to trigger it from view, skill runs but action flow doesn't.

Has anyone faced this issue, am I missing something here. Please help me out here.

quick update, if I make it action flow inactive and then trigger from view. Then again I run the action flow manually it says there is data in queue

Have you tried the "Execute Action flow" step in the skill which action flow to trigger?

This normally should work, but I don't know exactly how you have configured your skill. Please let me know!

I checked it seems that I triggered it almost 25-30 times and nothing ran that night and frustratingly I shut down my laptop that night. Interestingly next day after one hour of being triggered, all the emails were sent and the next morning it started working fine.

But really appreciate your help!
